Location is between Wanaka and the airport and only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. So quiet and peaceful We have Sheep , and a lovely friendly cat, Boo . He is orange and 15 years old , loves people and may come and visit you Please note, fencing is sheep fencing only so children will need to be supervised when outside - thanks

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
