If hiking and biking are your thing, this is the place to stay, as we are 3 miles from the Appalachian Trail, and a 20 min. drive to Grayson Highlands state park. Downtown Damascus is a 25 min. drive, and Abingdon is 40 minutes. Both towns have cute shops, restaurants, coffee, parks, and antique stores. Bristol is located approx. 50 min. from our home, and Boone, NC about an hour.

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

Enjoy the Blueridge Mountains where you can hike bike and fish . And unwind to great view from covered porch . There are 7 step to enter with plenty of free parking. This is a vacation home with two bedrooms, den, kitchen and dining room. It is located close to the Creeper Trail, Appalachian Trail and Greyson Highlands. Bear Tree Lake is 3 miles close by, where you can fish, swim or walk the one mile trail around the lake. It is a place to come, unwind and disconnect. It is located 10 miles outside of Damascus on Highway 58 toward White Top and Konnarock.
