Loft vacation rentals in Darsena del Naviglio

Very happy with our City break in Milan. This accommodation is a pleasant and easy 25 minute walk from the City Centre and about 5-7 minutes from the Metro. There is also a tram ride into town, approx 3-5 minutes away. The apartment is clean and perfectly adequate for a short break, in a quiet setting not far from the City Centre. There are many good bistros and restaurants nearby. Max (and his helpful neighbours) were all very responsive to our requests for help and support. Milan is a great City and we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone else seeking accommodation for a few days in this wonderful City.

Federico was one of the most responsive hosts I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Our flight arrived late and he was prepared to stay up and walk us through the instructions on how to get in. After the our flight being delayed and us only landing at 1am. Federico took his time to draw us step by step instructions on how to access the property. He also recommended a lot of delightful places close and far around Milan Beyond that apartment was sufficient for our needs, 3 double beds and plenty of space with a TV. The area is where this place shines, Navigli is such a beautiful area, with lots to do and bars and restaurants open til very late. A short Uber, around £20 to the center or around 30 minutes on the tram, it is indeed very well placed. I would highly recommend and would 100% book again :)

We immediately felt comfortable in this great apartment. Everything was super clean and very tastefully decorated. We were particularly pleased with the welcome basket with many breakfast items. There is even an elevator, which was very pleasant with the suitcases. Guglielmo and Annalisa have proactively contacted us and provided us with all important information. Great apartment well situated for public transport and near two BikeMi stations. Great restaurant just around the corner and very near a small supermarket and a number of coffee bars.

Sebastiano's place was really nice and the loft design was so interesting. Sebastiano has been generous. The place has got an espresso machine and some coffee capsules along with tea packets of different flavours and some snacks and soda cans and water. These were free of charge. He has been really helpful and kept supporting us during our stay and even after we checked-out he kept in touch.

The home is very well located, in one of the best regions of Milan to stay, close to bars and restaurants in a safe region. The downside is that there were many instructions to read (a multi-page pdf), which made communication poorly objective, especially for those who are traveling to different places and stay in multiple accommodations. The most important information could be more summarized. It was also somewhat bureaucratic to check in through a website of its own… it seems to me to be a very professional group, and I understand that this is part of their internal organization, but again it makes things unobjective for those who are staying in various places. The standard checkout times (10 am) is too early, but kindness has extended us another hour. It must be catered for the amount of water available limited for the bath (this information could be more evident). The hostess was very kind and helpful.
