Very well located, quiet area but throughout the city center. The room was what was seen in the photos and with air conditioning.

The apartment is very close to the city center, yet quiet, quiet, parking, garden and sunset. I won't describe everything, just if you want to visit Kos, book Manosa apartments, you will feel well cared for.

The place has everything you need. The grocery store is close and the beach is just a few blocks away.

Perfect location to relax and unwind. The view of the sunset over Telendos from the front balcony was stunning. It was beautiful in the evenings and protected from the sun in the morning which was perfect spot for breakfast. We work from our laptops so also spent a lot of time on the balcony as it had a great energy for work. The apartment itself had everything. Very comfortable bed, modern bathroom and kitchen. Locations was close to the beach and only a short walk to many restaurants and local stores. Raphael was very helpful with organising a taxi, scooter, dinner plans and was prompt with all communication. Could of stayed longer and highly recommend a visit for anyone passing through.

Wonderful room with a magnificent view over the sea. Magical sunsets. Loved the balcony which only gets sun in late afternoon - so is nice and airy in the mornings. The rooms are very clean and nice. The beach is quiet and just a few meters away. Myrties and Massouri is easy to reach. As is Telendos island. Raphael is a really great host and made sure we were comfortable. Assisting in booking scooter rentals or restaurants. Offered great tips for the area and organised luggage storage and such. Very communicative and super friendly! Cannot recommend enough.

Ms. Defne and her husband, Mr. Nail, were very interested from the first greeting. Everything needed was available at home. It was amazing to have the house itself, the view, the location, the cleanliness, its own pool. We even had a day of peace at home and in the pool without going out for 1 day:) Landing to the beach, restaurants, shopping places were within walking distance. The advice about the restaurant and area provided by Ms. Defne was great. We left the house with our good memories. I'm definitely thinking about coming back. It was a holiday that deserved the full amount of money for us. Thank you so much 🙏

The apartment had beautiful sunsets from the terrace and a short walk downhill to Melitsaha beach. We enjoyed the king size bed and fresh sheets every few days. Also had access to a laundry. Raphael was very helpful and friendly, arranging taxi to pick us up from the port, car hire and restaurant recommendations.

It was great staying at this house in Bodrum. The location is very central and the view is really stunning. Right in the middle of the restaurants and bars in the center of Bodrum. The house was both very stylishly furnished and quite convenient — everything I needed was available. I had a very comfortable stay thanks to its cleanliness, attention to detail, and communication from the host. I would definitely like to come back!

The house was quite sufficient and clean. It's also advantageous to have a pool. The host gave good advice.

My husband and I stayed at Defne Residence for 3 nights and wished we stayed for longer. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Defne . Defne is a charming host and provided recommendations for dinner and beaches in Selimiyede where we could swim . She was an excellent communicator and responded quickly to queries . The apartment is bright and airy and offers a spectacular view of the Aegean water from the balcony. It is located in a quiet complex of 4 appartments which have access to a beautiful infinity pool on the grounds. Parking and manoeuvring can be a bit tight if there are more than 3 cars in the car park area. The town of Selimiyede with its many cafes and restaurants and convenience stores is easily walkable in about 10 minutes. It’s a downhill walk and a walk back up. We loved the small town of Selimiyede and really enjoyed staying at Defne Residences. We would definitely stay again.

The house's location, pool, comfort and cleanliness are as in the photos. It has a great view. Ms. Defne shared all the information with us before coming to Selimiye, a very helpful person. Where to go, what to eat, marketlee, beaches, etc. When you go there, you don't get a stranger. If we come back, we prefer it again.
