Mr. Nihat and his wife were extremely kind and caring. The house was nicer and bigger than we expected. A very hospitable and educated family and everything was considered to make us comfortable in our stay. They also shared the olive oil fillings and cakes they made with their own hands with us, and they were all very delicious. Very family friendly and quiet environment. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. Good thing we chose Villa Limo, and we got to know them.

A perfect location, a perfect home… Sister Serap would not be so interested if you were your own relative. Thankfully, he was very interested in everything. We had a really enjoyable holiday in terms of the width and perfect location of the house during our vacation, where we all went with children. The proximity to the bays is very nice. The therapist and his wife are very kind, very valuable people. Highly recommended.

Villa is located very conveniently just 8 min walk from city center with a beautiful view of the sea. Terrace is very nice. allrooms are equipped with air conditioning. we liked staying in this villa a lot and recommend it to everyone.

Monique's house was the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The photos don't show how incredible it is. Every room is beautifully decorated and two of the bedrooms have amazing views, one with a balcony. There are so many lovely places to sit in the garden it's hard to choose. Sitting outside reading with the smell of orange blossom and hearing birds, chickens, goats and the tortoises rustling around was heaven. We were met at the ferry by Nicholas who was lovely and gave us a tour of the house and the village. We ate in two delicious tavernas in the village and enjoyed walking down to the harbour and to Pedi. We really hope we can return one day.

Ms. Zeliha helped us a lot with everything. She sincerely answered every question we asked before she left. We even had a small refrigerator problem there, but he did his best to solve the problem almost the same day. He constantly asked if I needed anything. We are very satisfied with the interest and relevance. For those who will be guests, no kitchen items need to be taken away, everything is available for the kitchen. The house is 15 minutes by car from the center. The street where the house is located is very calm. If you want, you can reach the grocery store 5 minutes away by car, Migros Şok a101. Wednesdays, the neighborhood market is set up until noon. There was a larger market on Saturday, but we missed it, I don't know what it was like. There is a clean and useful barbecue in the garden. There is almost everything you can come to. The house does not have a hot water problem. There is air conditioning on the lower and upper floor, and there is also a fan in the two downstairs rooms. We had no hot weather problems. It was a nice stay for us.

If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. Fabulous house for a family holiday. We had 7 adults and all fit comfortably. Private pool and jacuzzi was a huge bonus! 10-15 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants, cafes, gelato shops (you definitely need to rent a car). Nicos, the property manager, was fantastic! Had several helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to see. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! 🏝️

Beautiful villa in a good and quiet location with great and wide views over the sea to Turkey. Beautiful terrace with large swimming pool, plenty of good quality loungers, a lounge area, whirlpool,... Very accommodating, always available hosts with warm service by Maria. We felt very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at Köksal’s villa! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Whatever we needed, he was quick to respond and assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. The villa itself was spotless—so clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We especially loved the pool and the beautiful outdoor area. The neighborhood was peaceful and just a short 5-minute walk to shops and other local spots. As foreigners visiting Bodrum, we really appreciated Köksal’s local recommendations—they helped us discover great places and enjoy our time to the fullest. This was truly a great experience, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here!

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

We stayed at Filoxenia for a week in late October 2024. Our first morning we awoke to a lovely view across the hill and to the sea. The villa is situated high in the hills and is very quiet. The descriptions from previous guests and the host are 'bang on' and the villa certainly lives up to expectations and more. It is a 10 minute (max) drive from Kos town and all other destinations, monuments, sunset beaches and airport are a max 30 - 40 minutes. We are a family of 6 and this was perfect for parents and kids alike - lots of space, great garden and pool. Efprepios who manages the property was attentive, proactive and responsive on the one rare occasion needed to contact him. Highly recommend.

At the end of August, we had a 2-night stay with my sister and our friends. We came across a sweet house with the amenities in the descriptions. The hosts were also very hospitable. There are most things that will be needed inside the house. It was a quiet house about 10 minutes walking distance from the center of Old Datça. There is a small pool in common use of 3 houses, enough for us. We'd love to come back:) Thanks

The house and garden were huge. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit in the garden The pool was empty as if we had been assigned to us and enjoyed being able to use it as we wanted. There was so much more than we needed in the house. Everything was thought out. It was no different than a living house. Host was friendly and understanding. He was so warm to us. It was definitely a place we would go and stay again. I recommend it.

Osmans house and garden is beautiful, fantastic surroundings with Mountain View’s, on the edge of old datca which is very easy to walk to and pretty to explore with its narrow lanes and cafes. There are local supermarkets you can walk to and taxis and buses nearby to take you down to the harbour and beach. Osman was so kind and helpful , very accommodating and really made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this property .

Alper has been a very helpful, attentive and kind host. We felt immediately welcomed. He is also very reactive. During our stay, he managed to find us a nanny for the kids T night. The house is perfect for 2 families and allows some privacy between them. It has a stunning view over Datça and the sea, an enjoyable terrace for breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool is a good plus for the kids. It is only a 10 min walk to the city center, the beach and the thermal source. Everything felt homely. I think a few improvements can be done. Installing a WiFi relay system could help everyone enjoying Internet, currently you cannot get the WiFi in the upper rooms (extremely weak signals). A bit more furniture like shelves or wardrobe would also help, especially in the attic room. We could not organise properly our belongings. Some blackout curtain in the attic room would be appreciated for summer time as you are getting awake quite early by the East facing sun. Otherwise, very satisfied.
