Brilliant stay in Datca! Utku Bey's environment, space knowledge and hospitality was super useful to us in Datca. The house is located close to popular places and the beach. It's a slight slope when you come back from the beach, but it's not hard to get out. Taxi doesn't cost much, it's preferable. The kitchen is fully equipped, iron, table, etc. You can find the items. It was cleaned very well. I made sure the sheets were not used without washing, and it smelled good at our entrance. Mr. Utku helps you with everything, places, places to see, something to be at home. I never felt like a stranger. 4 people can easily stay here. If only the location of the sofa bed for the front garden door has changed and the door becomes active, time can be spent there. The balcony is peaceful, overlooking the new world garden. The new worlds gathered from the garden as a treat on our check-in day were great. Since I work in the field of guest experience, I will recommend it to those who want to come blindly. We would like to thank Mr. Serkan and his family very much, we had a very nice holiday. The house was very clean, the air conditioners were working smoothly, we were very comfortable, right in the comfort of the mother's house:) It is close to the center and far enough that you can rest your head:) We will definitely prefer it for our next datça holidays.

The apartment is beautiful and the view is even more stunning in person. The apartment is immaculately clean, functional and has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Ioannis and his wife are extremely kind hosts very helpful, they also have a gorgeous dog called Ben. Ioannis was so friendly and nothing was a problem, he provided extra towels and coffee, gave us restaurant and outing suggestions. An amazing property at a great price. The walk to town took 10 mins, to the beach approx 25 mins. The walk home after a few glasses of retsina took a little longer but we enjoyed getting our steps in every day

Overall, the house was very nice and the fact that there were two showers provided a lot of comfort. We especially liked the books inside, making it more cozy. There were minor issues, but Ms. Başak and Ms. Mehtap were quick to help. It was also easy to check in and check out. Overall I was satisfied and thank you for your help.

The appartment is truly wonderfull. Perfect place. We came a bit out of season so the city was closing a bit down. The appartment has perfect location but it also has some night life noise, touristic and noise from big boats / construction. The terrace is perfect. Though The appartment is a bargain and the host is very heartwarm.

We stayed with our baby for 1.5 months in September/October. The proximity of the house to the sea, walking distance to the center and the producer market was very good. We didn't even need a car. The house had everything we needed for a long-term stay. You can swim in the sea directly in front of the compound, it is a very beautiful environment, you can sit under the natural shade of the trees, the sea is spotless. She can come freely, who takes her chair and tea, everyone is very friendly. We loved Datça, the people of Datca (summer house):) The neighbors are affectionate, calm, away from the noise. Our host, Ms. Naz, was always available and provided quick and practical solutions even if there were any disruptions. She even prepared a bed for our baby, special for us:) We met Ms. Naz for the first time, but she hosted us as if she were her family. Thank you so much, we recommend this sweet home to everyone with peace of mind.

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. The place is spacious and the host very nice and responsive. The town has a really nice vibe, perfect rockclimbing spots around.

We had a great holiday at Mermaid Pension, where we stayed for 18 days in Datça. The host was extremely kind, caring, and understanding; he quickly responded to every question we had and did his best for our comfort during the holiday. The house was quite clean and beautifully decorated. The house more than met all our needs. Especially the sea view of the balcony was amazing. The neighborhood was also extremely quiet and calm, ideal for fully relaxing. In terms of location, it was a great benefit that it was both close to the sea and easily accessible to the center. We felt like we were at home, we highly recommend it! See you next year 😋

The location of the house was very good, very close to the bus station and grocery stores, Ms. Ferda, the mother of Mr. Barış, was very caring and kind and helped us by giving us suggestions. We felt at home, we will choose this place without thinking about it during our next Datça holiday.

We had a lovely stay at this AirBnb! Friendly welcome and tour of the Airbnb on arrival. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The place was very clean on arrival. We stayed here for the Rhodes half marathon and the start point was only 3 mins walk away. Easy to walk to all the sights within Rhodes by foot. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Σταμάτης is very friendly and a nice host. I'm staying in your house for the third time, we had a very nice communication from the first day and I had a very nice experience as usual. The location of the house is very central, you can easily reach the harbor, shopping points, restaurants and cafes on foot. The house is very clean, spacious and very nicely equipped for needs. I felt at home again and enjoyed it. It was also very helpful during check-in and check-out times, and thank you for that:) I recommend a very eastern place to stay for a Kos vacation.

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon

The apartment was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was included. We even received complimentary snacks and wine which was a lovely surprise. The apartment is a short walk to old town and also to the Mandraki. If you are not hiring a car, this apartment is the perfect location.

We had a fab few days at Karen’s place with beautiful views of Turunc bay. There were 7 of us and we felt there was just enough space, rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The free shuttle from Loryma to the beach and town was very useful. It doesn’t run all day so a bit of pre-planning is needed around the timings. The resort has enough on site facilities such as games room, gym and pool to stay busy on-site. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated so can feel chilly quickly, but it is clean, well kept and a good size for swimming lengths and casual swimming.
