The interior embodies the essence of Scandinavian design philosophy - clean lines, natural materials, and thoughtful minimalism.

Annex 15 m from the water.

The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just go down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a stroll in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish highland cattle and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - the Dragon. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and birdlife. There are opportunities for lovely walks by the beach, on the embankment and possibly a longer walk around Skalø.

From the living room you step out onto a terrace with furniture, which overlooks the large undisturbed nature, with visiting deer and other wildlife. As a family of owners with close ties to New Zealand, we are also reviving the hospitality of the South Sea in Denmark on the Flensburg Fjord. Spend unforgettable days on the lovingly equipped houseboat completed in 2019 in Marina Minde and experience the fantastic sunsets of the Flensburger Förde!

The cottage contains a bedroom with good cupboard wall, a large new bathroom with shower, whirlpool, washing machine, tumble dryer and wall-mounted changing table, a newer kitchen, large living room with wood burning stove, and a smaller room. There is access to a large raised wooden terrace. The cottage is a lovely older romantic house. There is internet with free data and TV.

You will feel the calm lowering already when you wait for the small wooden ferry that in 5 minutes frees you to the island.
