Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Denver

We loved staying at Ann’s place! It was a group- my husband and I, my mom and grandmother, and two uncles (came up for a funeral)- and we were very comfy, and you cannot beat the price for the space and amenities! EVERYONE talked about how nice the stay was! Ann is a responsive and kind host, it was easy to just keep her in the loop during our stay and she is very friendly! Check in and check out at the property is easy peasy! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to a couple different thoroughfares- easy to navigate in and out. It also has sidewalks and is close to a park/playground with walking trails.

This was a great spot near a bunch of fun stuff. Walked to the coffee shop nearby and it was a beautiful neighborhood. Easy to check in with private entrance. Super clean spot and the hosts were responsive and accommodating

This place was so comfortable and worked so well for our stay. The lower level speakeasy space and theater area were the perfect spot for enjoying an evening in. The beds were very comfortable, we were provided plenty of linens, and lots of little extras like coffee and snacks that made our stay even better. The icing on the cake was the backyard outdoor space - lots of seating options and the hot tub was large and clean. The location itself is great - Arvada is full of everything you need and the Old Towne area has a bunch of great restaurants. You are also close to downtown and Morrison for a show at Red Rocks. We also easily did a quick mid-day visit to Boulder. Brandon was a very welcoming host and I would highly recommend this for anyone coming to the Denver area!

We only needed Josh’s place a few nights vs. a 4-night booking minimum. Josh easily accommodated our request to stay one less night during busy ski season. We were in town for a wedding and the location/size of the home was perfect. It was well appointed with supplies and linens. The hot tub was clean and well maintained as was the patio and outdoor space. Trash was easy to discard on site. The instruction booklet was simple and had clear easy instructions for check-in and check out. The overall property was very clean and quiet and we would definitely stay there again! Plus, I loved playing the piano…it was a lovely treat. Josh was a pleasant and kind host.

Our party of 13 gathered for a bachelorette weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! We selected the property based on the size, lovely backyard, and high-capacity seating options. This property was everything we hoped for and more. Some of the common challenges of large-party rentals were no problem here. We had plenty of towels (bath AND designated outside towels), enough bathrooms, more than enough dishware, and plenty of options for room configurations. Being able to all sit together at the sunroom table, living room, and downstairs rec room was also a huge plus! This house is perfect for any group of friends/family looking to spend time together. I cannot recommend this property enough!

We enjoyed our stay!! Very spacious and many things to do ( games, movies, game room, fire pit and jacuzzi). Very spacious! Close to a park. Coffee, restaurants and shops are a quick drive. 10 minutes from Regis University. Overall. All 10-11 of us had a great experience while we were there.

Cozy! Perfect spot for a family visit for the weekend. Erick was also super communicative, and provided us with extra blankets for the extreme cold weather we had while we were there. Would book again!

Perfect cabin to stop and refresh.,I mean you cant beat hot tub in the woods after hike ., place was super clean loved the big projector tv!!! host is very responsive and friendly ., so if you reading this just book it for that perfect weekend gateway.
