This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is an independent accommodation within a farmhouse and the outside is available (swing, trampoline...). It consists of one room (dining room kitchen), one bathroom, one bedroom. There is one and a half single bed on the mezzanine and possibility of a double bed in the sofa bed in the living room. It is located near Nantes and Rennes, 1 hour 10 minutes from Pénestin, 1 hour 25 minutes from Sarzeau...

The colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio opens directly to the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables to eat out in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully;=) You are in charge of cleaning.. or you have the option to choose the cleaning fee with an additional charge of €20, to be requested upon booking.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
