One bedroom condo set up for a single individual or couple. High end furnishings inside and out including pottery barn outdoor wicker sectional perfect for viewing the lake and mountain range or reading a book. Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. Our retreat boasts the most amazing, stunning and mesmerizing views you can imagine! On the top floor it offers privacy to the south facing deck with its roof cover and views across Lake Dillon to the 13,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. There are 5 major ski resorts within 30 min. and all of the outdoor activities you could think of. The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, shops, eateries are a short walk. In the heart of Dillon, this Summit Yacht Club condo offers easy access to year round outdoor activities: walking distance to bars, the amphitheater (free weekend summer concerts), the marina and hiking/biking trails. Drive to Keystone in 10 minutes (or take the free Summit County bus across the street) and A-Basin/Copper in 15. Breckenridge is 25 and Vail a quick 35.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath "mountain escape" condo has panoramic glass patio doors with an unobstructed view looking out over Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. You can even see Dillon Marina from the patio, with sailboats docked all summer long. With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
