With a log burner in the living room, a king sized bed and bunk beds it is an ideal place for a couple or family to unwind after a day in the mountains. Well behaved pets are also welcome. Tucked away in the traditional Welsh village of Penmachno, surrounded by hills and forests, it's one of the hidden gems of Snowdonia National Park. Centrally located, it is a terrific location from which to explore.

Y Caban 1 bedroom cosy and unique cabin stay

Come and stay at Y Caban where you can leave behind the worries of the world and relax in luxury in this one off barn conversion. The cabin has its own small kitchen/diner, living room, bathroom and the bedroom is in an adjoining old converted stone barn. Please note there is 2 buildings, one contains the kitchen/bathroom/living area etc. And the other adjoining building contains the bedroom as seen on pics. So you do need to go outside and into the main area when you require the bathroom.

A cosy and spacious 1 bedroomed recently renovated detached stable block, set in the peaceful little village of Llanddoged, which is 6 miles away from Betws-y-Coed and 15 miles from Llandudno and the coast. Located in Eryri National Park there are endless trails that can be explored or if it’s a relaxing break you need, drink in the views from the hot tub in this peaceful area of North Wales.
