The cottage is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700m from the beach, GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the horse club and the balneotherapy center "Prévithal". From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Refurbished studio, located on the garden level in Donville-les-Bains. Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac 300 meters from the beach and 100 m from the Christian Dior Museum. Our house is very cozy, perfectly equipped (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is 800 m from Donville-Les-Bains beach. This beach offers beautiful views of Granville and the Chausey Islands. Less than 100 m from local shops, 2.5 km from the heart of Granville, 1.5 km from the train station. A great place to relax, walk, take in the sights, have fun and recharge.

Our beach house was completely renovated in 2017. It is located at 8 Rue Bel Air, in Donville-les-Bains, in a very quiet and pleasant residential area.
