Great stay – highly recommended We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations – clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was absolutely awesome. The host was friendly, helpful and always quick to answer any questions. We would come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Very nice apartment with a lovely garden, just right for a short getaway with friends or family. Davide is very friendly and helpful. He couldn’t welcome us in person but the self check-in went very smoothly as he gave us clear instructions and everything was well organized. He’s easily reachable in case of problems and also regularly checked if everything was okay. A minor inconvenience was that our bedsheets were still damp from the washing when we arrived, but he told us one day before that this was the case and also told us where we could find extra blankets (we eventually helped ourselves with the hairdryer :-) ). Everything else was perfect, in the flat you can also find a list with recommendations on restaurants and activities that was very helpful. We would always come back! :)

Spectacular from start to finish ! The view is breathtaking, place had lots of room and extremely clean. Everything was perfect, from Nicola greeting and showing us around to lots of coffee available, snacks and breakfast and even the little fresh flowers around the house. Highly recommended and would love to return

Lina was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I did fall ill the first night and she helped me sort out meds for me and basically saved my holiday, I’ll be forever grateful. The apartment is lovely and the view is amazing. We stayed here with our two young kids 6 and 8 and had a great time.

Amazing Villa on the coast of the lake. Extremely pretty and it was a great stay

Great stay in an absolutely great location. By skipping the busiest parts of Lake Como (Bellagio and Como), we afforded ourselves a great deal in a super peaceful environment. The views of the lake are truly breathtaking....which we enjoyed daily from the balcony. The area is rustic and charming, with a terrific cafe at your front door (Umberto is a wonderful host!)...and another 5+ restaurants within walking distance. The drive to Bellagio and Como is no more than 30 minutes and Lecco is half that...we also ventured to the charming nearby wine country that was only 1 hour away. Very spacious accommodations with most everything you might need....and super large grocery stores nearby for anything you may have forgotten. Rafaella was super helpful and very communicative. All in all, an excellent stay, a great value and a place you'll remember for years to come!

The apartment is functional, without unnecessary frills, furnished. At the same time, everything is thought of to feel comfortable. The view on the lake is sensational. A small garden with sun loungers and barbecue area offers the possibility to spend the day outside in the shade of the trees. A perfect place to start hikes or just relax from there.
