Perfect location. Great communication by the host. It was the ideal spot for my colleague and I for a business trip.

We stayed there for 28 days, because of we open our New showroom at Goldsboro as a Regency Furniture. Home was very clean and peaceful, harmonious area and close with everything (shopping canter etc…) thank you 💐💐

We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

Everything inside the home was great! The steps to get upstairs were a little steep but we managed. Everyone loved listening to the frogs at night and watching water birds during the day.

I had a wonderful stay. Beautiful.remodeled house, cozy and comfortable. Great location. The place is spotless clean. I really enjoyed and hope to be back soon.

very quiet, clean, comfortable overall. spacious huge backyard with birds and nature everywhere. Quietest street I believe I've ever stayed on. This place was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at! Very cute decor, exceptionally clean, lots of extras, and the beds were super-comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large front porch. Beth was a also a pleasure to work with and had helpful information about the area. We didn't need to move our car the entire weekend, as the house is right in Carrboro, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and will book again when I'm in the area.

This is the perfect location to stay if you’re visiting Durham or any of the surrounding cities. It is very close to lots of restaurants and even Duke’s campus if you want to catch a game!

We stayed in Raleigh specifically to bike the Neuse River Trail; found so much more to do in town - free museums, a bluegrass festival, the burning coal theater and a historian led walking tour. Matt’s place was within walking distance of downtown. Bike trails were some of the best that we have ridden. We will return again!

Great location, love the balcony and the view! Bed very comfortable... my Google maps did have trouble finding the complex...I had to look at the map to figure it out but was fine once I did that! Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay. Stephen's apartment is an eclectic, well-curated happy place. The gardens and backyard are beautifully and thoughtfully landscaped. We will be back. My friend and I spent two nights at Stephen's. We had traveled from Charlottesville, VA (after a road trip the previous weekend from Cape Cod). Stephen was warm and welcoming, and I wish we had a little more time there -We will be back in the fall. We didn't get to meet Boomer this time, but definitely next time.

We had a lovely time here! The house is so charming, with a beautiful garden, in a lovely, quiet area, and within walking distance of downtown. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. Wish we got a chance to pet the dogs ;) Can’t recommend it enough.

A cute/ clean studio space. Perfect size for my family of 3. We only stayed 1 night but I could imagine that this would be a perfect couples weekend getaway. Host was very quick to respond and was helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. We felt it was super clean! The location was very convenient and it was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s NCSU graduation. We’ll be staying again!
