Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Saint Paul

Cozy St Paul getaway that was a quick walk to some great locations, and a short drive to some delicious restaurants and local attractions! Michael-Jon sent personalized recommendations before our visit and continued to check on us during our brief stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Both he and Christopher made our visit a comfortable and welcoming stay and Ray-Ray, the feline host, was a treat as well.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Such great restaurants walkable to this stay (<1 mi, lots of hills). Not too much in terms of public transportation so you’ll likely be ubering/driving if you want to explore downtown St Paul/Minneapolis. The area is safe and peaceful. The bed and couch were comfy and we really appreciated the snacks, wine, and local recommendations! Highly recommend Hope Breakfast Bar and the ramen place nearby. The suite is stocked with a bottle opener, cutlery, soaps, etc. which gave us peace of mind to pack lighter. My only suggestion would be comfier chairs at the breakfast table. Otherwise, no notes!

Very quiet and had every thing, my husband and I did not need to buy anything. The apartment was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to extend our stay for 2 more nights, Marie and Jeromeo responded right away. We were able to do some laundry there too. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The bed was also very comfortable.

I lived here for 3 months. The place is lovely, spacious, comfortable, and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and close to the train, Green Station, and buses, which was very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and plenty of shops, including the Grandview theater. If you like studying or reading, a nice public library is in two blocks. Finally, the host was very kind, friendly and helpful.
