Doris's and Alvin's home was cosy and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. The house and furnishings are a little dated, but had a really homey feel. Overall a great stay!

From the moment we arrived at Bella Beach Resort we were pleasantly surprised. The place was immaculately presented, spacious and truly looked like we entered an island resort. Our extended family spent 4 fun days at Bella Beach Resort and our only regret was that it couldn’t be longer. Hope to return in the future.

wonderful place to stay, I can highly recommend and Inwoukd happily stay again or book for family and friends. Yanina is a wonderful host who communicate well and was clear and detailed with any instructions. the location was nice private and quiet neighbourhood. it was so lovely for the yard to have real grass and some beautiful indoor plants. the back yard feel very homely with a beautiful passion fruit that goes all along the bavk fence table chair BBQ hammock fantastic to do morning or afternoon yoga there where a lot of little things that had been thought about like the home being set up with kitchen items for Easter and western cooking, a mix of board games, cleaning and laundry items, extra blanks , pillows towels, there was a place for everything and everything in its place. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again. Thank you Yanina

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Our 4 weeks stay at the "Settlers Run Golf Resort" Airbnb was exceptional! The friendly host, spotless house, and abundance of amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Communication was a breeze, and the flexibility of the host added to the overall positive experience. A perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend at Bec’s place. What a beautiful house, there were only four of us but I can imagine it would still feel roomy when fully occupied. Great location with everything on your doorstep. We will be back !

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

We had an amazing stay. The cabin was cozy and cute. Ashlea was really helpful when it came to recommendations and things to do. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free yoga class that was included. We couldn’t have had a better stay. All the little things were thought through so well and it was a really good weekend.

This was an amazing accommodation for our hens weekend! Everyone who stayed at the house with us all commented how stylish and comfortable the space was. The host was proactive in contacting me leading up to the check in date and provided relevant information on facilities, things to do in the area, and also how to access the property. Can definitely recommend this house and host if you’re looking for a relaxing weekend with friends!
