Our cabin is small but mighty! It has the potential to sleep 6, but makes a great space for 2-4. We are surrounded by 45 acres of woods with acres. The beauty of silence is eminent. We are <2 miles from multiple CAMBA trailheads, 1/2 mile from the canoe put in on the Namakagon River, hiking/running/snowshoe trails, snow mobile and cross country ski trails and the cutest little town ever. “Kaity and Brett's place was a unique experience. This cozy slice of hygee heaven is everything your spirit craves and everything you need to reignite inspiration, love and warmth as this little space offers you just that. The cabin is quaint and full of charm. It is thoughtful and so beautifully utilized. It has everything you need but leaves enough space to fill with friends and family, laughter and memories! As soon as you walk in, you feel at home. It is tiny, but boy, is it mighty. The records were a fun touch and Scrabble was key and such a highlight of the trip! The kitchen was well equipped and again, so thoughtful with spices and grains, coconut flakes and chocolate chips! The hosts really put good thought into what you may need as a guest and what will make your stay as relaxing as can be. The location is wonderful; there are trails close by and not to mention a really great coffee shop just down the road; Velo, highly recommend stopping by! I have no complaints. The hosts communicated well and the trip was seamless as far as check in and check out goes and any questions we had were answered! Thank you Kaity and Brett for introducing us to a hygee kind of life! We will definitely be back!”

In the summer, imagine stepping out of the patio door to sit on the curved deck that faces the lake. In the winter, return to the yurt after a day of skiing and enjoy the warmth of the wood stove. A full kitchen and bathroom Enjoy the quiet, the nature, the view. Take a breath, relax and enjoy. Be active only if you want to be.
“PerryPines Yurt was an amazing place to stay. Not only was the property upon which it was built stunning, but the yurt was very well done with obvious attention to detail and a more luxurious accommodation than most yurts would afford. We had no expectations regarding the Cable/Hayward area, but were so pleased to find and discover mountain biking… Something we never thought we would’ve done. Highly recommend checking out New Moon rentals in Hayward and “Hospital” beginner trails. I think we might be hooked! We had a magical full moon and the sound of loons our first night and that set the tone for the entire nine nights we spent in this fabulous property. Enjoy the very private lake and canoeing. Swimming in the lake on the hot days was also wonderful!Recommended without reservations.”
Quiet, simple cabin with modern amenities overlooking the Marengo River on a dead end dirt road. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the Northwoods. Adjacent to 400 acres of public land with groomed cross country ski and snowshoe trails.
“I loved my stay! The inside was very clean and the design of the cabin is very new and well thought out. I really appreciated the lofty ceilings and large windows which allowed for tons of natural light to pour in especially during the early sunrises and warm sunsets. FYI, the master bedroom has a ton of natural light and the best views. The decor was crisp and simplistic and made me feel like I was in a cozy zen place. I’m not sure if the main level floors are heated, but it sure felt like it in the morning so that was a nice luxurious touch. I also greatly appreciated the musical instruments around the house as I do play guitar and was thinking about bringing my guitar up to play and relax with, but it was already provided for me! I felt so free to sing and play and I even wrote a little song while I was there. The cabin has a large wrap around deck which is great for sunbathing and drinking my morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful views of the river, the diverse tree line, and listening to all the songbirds. The river behind the cabin has a nice little seating area perfect for winding up or winding down for the day. It’s the perfect place to meditate. The cabin is in a very secluded area and is adjacent to miles of wooded hiking trails which is home to a plethora of wildlife if you’re on the look out. I greatly appreciated the calm, restorative, seclusion of this cabin and hope to return again soon!”
