Very clean and very spacious apartment in a very peaceful area, in the heart of the upper town and very close to the more commercial area. The apartment is also very bright. We had a great time, the city is very nice and by car/bike we are not far to get to the Mont! The accommodation perfectly matches the description and the layout has been well thought out including a beautiful decor. The little extra is Solène's guide which is really very well made! We have been coming to Granville for 3 years and for the second time to Frédérique's and not the last time. Frédérique is a wonderful hostess, everything is simple and so well thought out. The apartment is in the very center, large, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped but the most important thing is that you really feel welcomed thanks to Frédérique's attention, from aromatic herbs to rhubarb jam to shampoo, everything is done with warmth and talent. We had no difficulty and if necessary, I have no doubt that the solution would have been found with Frédérique. Finally, the value for money is very good. From now on, Granville rhymes with Frédérique. We will be back.

Claudine's place was truly a rare find and we would highly recommend it. Superb location close to a lot of nice attractions. Claudine was very helpful and came to introduce herself when we arrived. She was very accommodating as we travelled with our 1 year old daughter. She has all the facilities for travelling with a baby/toddler. The house is excellent and has all amenities one could require. It also has a nice garden for relaxing in the sunshine! Thank you!

An impeccable and comfortable house, very well located for visiting Mont Saint Michel and spending an evening at the Rocher Portail. We had a lovely stay.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a last-minute change of plans and we were so grateful that they were able to accommodate us! This is one of the few places we’ve seen advertised on Air Bnb that is 100% accurate: 3 full-sized beds and 3 separate bedrooms, with a full kitchen, washer, and dryer inside the house. We loved the ping pong table and the outdoor space. The parking is easy and off the street. Plus, it’s so close to Mont-Saint-Michel. Johanna was incredibly friendly and helpful and she gave us some great recommendations! We loved everything about staying here.

The cottage is beautifully renovated and was spacious enough for our family. The downstairs bedroom with its bathroom was a great advantage for our disable daughter who is unable to walk. Armelle was very sweet providing us eggs laid by the hens and made sure we had everything. Beautiful house, beautiful location with lovely hosts. We managed to visited a number of places during our stay all around 30mins drive. Thank you Armelle et Mikael for sharing your beautiful property.

Just PERFECT! First of all we were welcomed by a friend of Nathalie's who welcomed us very warmly and her offers to remain at our disposal in case during our stay! When we left we were lucky enough to see Nathalie who is extremely kind and even drove us to the train station! Regarding the accommodation there is nothing but then really nothing to say... apart from that it is just perfect! Don't rely on the photos because it was very spacious we were surprised by the way, it is also full of charm and we felt like home there especially since it enjoys a just exceptional situation! The value is really amazing, you can go without a second thought! It will be difficult to find things to say but to want to stay there! Another big thank you to Nathalie for her kindness and are careful as well as to friends for hosting us!

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.

Everything was perfect , you feel good right away! The apartment is bright, spacious and very well arranged! The terrace is well exposed)…. And quiet! The beach)….. very beautiful …. is 100m away …. brief beach aperitif every day! Absolutely no complaints! We had a great time with the family. The bikes available… that's great! We can't wait to come back!

We spent a weekend with three in Marie-Claude's place to enjoy Granville and Chausey. The location is ideal, close to the beach and all shops, within walking distance from the train station as well.
