“Every room was immaculate with a kitchen that is fully equipped - everything you could possibly need. Small touches like fresh milk, orange juice, fruit, teas and coffees made the stay very special and we felt very welcome”
My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, and the city centre. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
“I have stayed in a lot of self catering 'entire place to yourself' airbnbs over the last few years with my work. It's always nice when the host leaves you some good food and perhaps a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Carol took this to the next level, and then some! We arrived to find the fridge full of a whole range of appetising food to cook our own hearty breakfasts: bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, lots of choice of cereals, milk and soy milk, juice, condiments, the full monty! There was also an abundantly filled fruit bowl, wine and beer, and we enjoyed cooking and baking in the very well equipped kitchen. Over the years, sometimes I have really felt the lack of some basics in airbnb self-catering kitchens, not so here at Carol's where we found everything we needed: good quality pots and pans and everything you need for a functional kitchen: roasting dishes, mixing bowls, foil, clingfilm, cooking oils. The whole place is very well equipped and very comfortable. It was warm on arrival and the heating seemed very efficient. We were two, each with our own twin room. We slept well in the quiet and well insulated flat. The bathroom has a good shower and good sized bath, welcome after a day out exploring the glorious highland and coastal scenery. The location was very easy to get about from and gave easy access to stunning walks on the Moray/Findhorn coast and in the forest near Nairn. I would love to stay here again and explore more of this beautiful part of Scotland.”
