You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Quiet oasis in the wild valley

The house has been in our family for generations. The small apartment was expanded in the 70s and continuously renovated. The large garden is part of it and offers plenty of space for all kinds of things. It is nestled between Lake Maggiore and Monte Lema, on the edge of the village. The house is a good starting point for hikes in the green, untouched valley or for biking. By car, it's 10 minutes to the lake.
