Beachfront vacation rentals in Duncans

Me and my staff were very pleased with the accommodations. I was in close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do. Security was excellent and security personnel were friendly. Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

Really nice clean space

Really nice Villa. Beautiful ocean view. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels, pillows, and extra sheets and pillows if needed. The kitchen was furnished well enough to cook all the essentials. The house and bathrooms were very clean. The wifi worked great our entire stay. Communication with the host was easy, and the response was quick. There is AC in two of the main bedrooms. The third room and the rest of the house do not have AC, but there are ceiling fans in every room. It can,get pretty warm in the living room and kitchen, especially while cooking. The only thing I wish there was would have been either long chairs or beach chairs or hammocks to be able to lay in the sun or shade and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. You can swim in the bay if you are a swimmer as it can be kind of rough. Make sure to bring water shoes as it is all rocks and some are very sharp. There is no sand what so ever. The private beach is wonderful and located at a 3min drive.

I spent the holidays at Delisha's place and I most say my family and I really enjoyed our time there, It was a very short notice after our previous host canceled a few hours before our stay and I must say Delisha had save our holiday. Her response is a 10/10 her home is definitely a home away from home and it was our first time staying in that location and I must say I will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

Ok I'm gonna share Bcuz whom ever is reading and accept. we are all family as Andrew announces. It's more than pictures can describe. Andrew is so Humble. It's like having a big brother right with u. we wanted him to stay with us. Yes the HOST.... OK NOW THE PLACE ITSELF. ITS A HUMBLE PLEASURE. ITS BEYOND BEAUTIFUL. I was right at Home. Enough space. Everything is Accommodated. Kitchen fully stocked. Rooms and Bathrooms, Games , seasoning, Ice, Ac, Beautiful water pressure, Everything was on point. Now let's get to the Security and serenity. My 1st time to Jamica. I slept outside with no worries for 2 days straight... Immaculate Views on top of Falmouth. Made me feel Exactly the Queen I am. I don't wanna overdue this review by telling you to much. I didn't expect me to feel this comfortable and I was overwhelmed with Hospitality. I'm forever Greatful I met Andrew. He can assist with your Local adventures, food, hangouts, You name it... Thank me later by taking me with you... Enjoy!!

Really enjoyed our stay and I’ll definitely be returning. 10/10 would recommend and our host Naomi was so helpful during our stay.

The house was very large. Each family member had their own bedroom, bathroom and balcony. We had Michelle cook for us and really enjoyed that. Michael was very responsive if we needed something. He even helped when we got a flat tire on our rental car. We had a really good unique experience that you don’t get at the resorts. All and all it was a great trip and stay.

Perfect area. On the 5th floor so you can see down over the restaurant & beach area. I would not advise if you do not like Loud noise or music. Every night around 8pm they have music shows. Noise can be heard from the unit even if the doors and windows are shut. The property is beautiful. The amenities are free. There was kayaking and a boat ride on the beach thats free. If you don't get the wrist band which is about 150 per person per day, You can pay per meal. Buffet style breakfast is only $25 per person. There's mimosas & a fair selection of food. You can also take food togo they will wrap it. But no In and out. The pool doesn't say open late, so if you're thinking about a late night swim, think again. The beach had plenty of seating with shade & no shade. Plenty of activities throughout the day to keep you occupied. The pictures of the unit are exactly how it looks. Beautiful views at sunrise and sunset. Would book again if the price was a little lower.

This Airbnb was awesome. It has a restaurant downstairs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This Airbnb is close to the airport and very much safe! Thank you Debra for an amazing stay.

My stay is always wonderful at Tricia Beautiful Home. Literally a home away from home, peaceful, comfortable beds and sofas, well decorated Oasis. The Host is very responsive if u ever needed for anything, So Just go ahead and book if it’s available, you will not be disappointed. Also a pool and hot tub is under construction as we speak so i cant wait to return so i can Enjoy .

Place was clean, private and what I appreciate most of all is that I had a place to park

Deborah’s place was fantastic. Had all the amenities you would need to cook . We used the resorts additional fee for the all - inclusive . Loved it bring on the ground floor easy access to the beach , pool & restaurants. The place was nicely clean & nicely decorated. I love FDR as well. Thank you Deborah for being such a great host as well you thought of everything. Vicky

We had a wonderful 8 days in this magical place - the location is superb with the pristine beach a mere 3 minutes walk. The house itself is absolutely charming with the most gorgeous veranda with table to eat at and sofa to relax on. The gardens are lush and the pool is lovely. We loved it being so private and the bedrooms were cool and comfortable. Miss Vicky, the housekeeper, was brilliant and looked after us very well, cooking delicious Jamaican food. The groundsmen also couldn’t have been friendlier. This was a perfect spot for us with our two young boys; we hope to be back!

Overall, a very good choice. We will return again. Unit was as photographed and described. Responsiveness was 4/5, but didn't significantly diminish stay. Would recommend this location to anyone seeking a smooth getaway at a reasonable price, so long as lots of kids don't bother you. Great hotel staff and clean environment.

The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with all the amenities you could want. The location was ideal for both relaxation and adventure. It’s tucked away in a quiet area, but close enough to local attractions

The hosts were very responsive, an amazing couple. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The water was hot and the A/C cold. I had an extended stay of 11 days and would definitely recommend this location if you’re staying in the area. It is gated with security and the location is ideal and close to many local attractions.

This place was absolutely beautiful! From the countertops, to the gourmet stove, to the comfy couches and beds. Beautiful tile in the showers! Lovely view of the Caribbean from the back yard! 1st class all the way!

The Villa was truly amazing: Trudie was very communicative and sent us so much information about the house and surrounding area. All my texts to her were answered immediately. The view from our terrace overlooking the ocean was so gorgeous. We only had to walk for 4 minutes to get to the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Our cook and cleaner, Cheryl and Diana, were truly special in that they were hands on and kept the house clean and prepared breakfast every morning to our requests. They were so lovely and friendly and warm. Would recommend Seagull Villa to all my friends visiting Jamaica. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
