Beautiful Home Near Duke, UNC,RTP

My two-story house located in Hope Valley Farms, (i.e. 15 minutes from Duke, 20 minutes to UNC, and 15 minutes to Research Triangle Park), is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to shopping centers and restaurants. The house is 2,000 sq. ft. with large windows and it gets a lot of sun. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, a private phone line, Cable TV, and high speed DSL connection. Master bedroom has a Queen-size bed with garden tub and separate shower; medium bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. There is fine art in every room of the house, and interesting artifacts from places I visited around the world. My beautifully furnished (colorful) house has a rocking chair porch in front and backyard deck with treed yard. The large kitchen has been recently renovated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry room and a small study on the first floor, along with a formal living room and family room with flat screen TV. I look forward to hosting and meeting lots of new people!

Modern style freshly renovated but not a new condo complex so keep that in mind, few clothes will be in the home also fridge might have freshly used items(had bad reviews for left and for not), stove is glass top and few guests have used wrong cleaning supplies and left few permanent marks/streaks on it(it’s not dirty what some guests will assume) also it’s a lot of pollen in the air around N.C. this time of year (April, May) so everything is clean just pollen/dust might be around window seals.
