Condo vacation rentals in Durham County

I spent about 5 months at Michael’s place. He’s a great host and the Airbnb is clean, furnished, and has great amenities and a beautiful courtyard. The location is incredible. It’s right in downtown and walking distance to many restaurants. I’d be happy to return and even extend my stay if I could.

Apt. was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. Antonio was responsive and kind. Could not have asked for more.

Great place to stay in Durham! Great location, well equipped apartment. Hosts (Marcia and Butch) super kind, quick responses, and they even leave great recommendations for groceries, restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at Elliott’s. Our favorite places nearby: Foster Street Coffee, Yonder Coffee, pizza at Hutchins Garage, shops at Brightleaf Square, DPAC, Liberty and Plenty Distillery, drinks at Velvet Hippo and cheaper drinks at Dive In. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Stayed here for the Dreamville Festival! This cozy home was just as described. I will say the showers were on the smaller side but nothing to truly complain about. Daniel was a great host. The location was perfect, with a mall, restaurants, and movie theater located close by. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!

Great place for us to stay as it was close to everything we were doing, and close to our family. Easy to find, easy parking, and easy to get in. I dont want to pay for frills so it was perfect for us. Had everything we needed with comfy beds and pillows

This was our second time staying at this home and we love everything about it. Excellent communication, great location, very clean and we felt right at home while in town for our daughter's graduation. Will continue to book this home when in town.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting some family in Franklinton NC which was about 20 mins from Debra’s location. Debra is absolutely amazing! Super responsive and very knowledgeable and friendly. Her place was immaculate. Perfect location and although it’s an attached condominium community it still offers the right amount of privacy. The designs of her layout provided a serene atmosphere to relax. I would 1000% recommend this property for those in town or out of town. Definitely will book again the next time I visit.

Great condo, decorated very nice, comfortable and a perfect gathering spot in between my son’s college graduation activities. Location was very convenient and walkable to restaurants. Only wish we had been able to stay longer.

Marcie's home was very nice. The unit was clean and tidy with comfortable furniture and beds. Marcie was helpful and answered questions that I may have had with a quick response. Very nice condo in a good location. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking space to get to the condo which is up a flight of steps. Getting in with hands full is a little tricky as it is a small landing outside the front door. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and provided great information. We will definitely stay here again.

5 stars all around. Had a great time. Would do it again and would recommend.

Quiet building in walking distance of many wonderful Durham staples.

Great value and convenient location

Marcie was a wonderful host. She was welcoming, extremely flexible on both ends of my trip, and overall just made the experience seamless. No issues for me as I started my first week at a new job. Thanks a bunch Marcie!!
