The living room windows slide over each other, and the balcony is completely open to the sea. In the terrace area, there is a large Balinese bed (180x180), a heated Jacuzzi with night lighting, and a seating area where you can relax while reading a book or enjoying a cocktail. The apartment has two bedrooms with sea views. One of them is completely glazed, creating a spacious and bright space. Both the living room windows and those in the two bedrooms have automatic blackout blinds to create privacy between one area and another at bedtime. The two beds in the bedrooms are 150x190 with good firm mattresses and memory foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The showers are walk-in, and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a bean bag area that is ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You can watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the sofa. The white natural linen sofa converts into a large bed measuring 160x200. The Wi-Fi is high-speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. It has an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, washer/dryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, juicer, etc. Ideal for families, couples and travellers looking to enjoy the beach, cuisine and Mediterranean lifestyle. Excellent location in one of the most popular areas of Torremolinos, known for its international, diverse and inclusive atmosphere. Parties are not allowed. You can see from the top of the Sintra Mountains, to Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the hiking trails of the Sintra Mountains and its monuments, and next to good restaurants and cafés with a good atmosphere, the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your peace of mind. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, fully private and access to a large garden with an infinity pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the area. I love cycling and I know the Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise on the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village near Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking trails in the Sintra Mountains and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. I advise using your own car.
