't Boshuuske, a cozy chalet!

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. 't Boshuuske is located on a naturally landscaped park, where nature flows into the adjacent nature reserve. From the window you can see the hiking trail that runs into the Drents-Friese Wold. Our place offers a lot of privacy, because the whole thing is surrounded by native plants. You can also hear all kinds of birds chirping, it is still really dark at night and you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky. You can really unwind here:)!

The rural Wapserveen is located between three national parks, the Weerribben near Giethoorn, Dwingelderveld and the Drents Friese Wold. A perfect base for getting out into nature. The comfortable apartment is an outbuilding on the grounds of our farmhouse and has a terrace overlooking the orchard. Through the private entrance, you enter the hall with a separate toilet, bathroom & infrared sauna. In the living/bedroom, there is a kitchenette, dining table, sitting area with TV and a nice double bed.

Kick back and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. Enjoy this cozy cottage and relax at or in the - somewhat heated - pool, in the lounge corner or spot birds from the roof terrace. This cottage is located in the middle of the forest and offers a lot of privacy. South-east Friesland is known for its beautiful scenery, forest and heathlands. The cottage itself is tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort and luxury. You can choose between a double bed or two single beds in the bedroom.

Er is 1 slaapkamer en in het gezellige zitgedeelte staat een comfortabele bedbank. Er is een ruime keuken en een eetbar die uitkijkt over de tuin en zwembad. De badkamer heeft een ruime douche en toilet. Je hebt een eigen stukje tuin met een privé hottub om heerlijk buiten te genieten van ‘Effeniks’. En het Drents Friese Woud is vlakbij!

Of een geit uitgelaten op Het Dwingelderveld? Het kan allemaal. Na inspanning heerlijk ontspannen in de sauna; laat de vakantie maar beginnen.

A beautiful place in the woods with spacious private garden (900m2) to relax on the quiet and beautiful estate 't Wildryck and come face to face with deer and/or squirrels. And if you want to hike, you can walk directly into the national park Het Drents/Friese wold. Or take your (rental) bike and head out to the old idyllic Drenthe villages. And if you want to eat something, there is a snack bar and restaurant in the park.

Holiday farm "An 't Noordende"

News: “An 't Noordende” is currently busy building a private swimming pool that our guests can also use during the high season. The 12x4 swimming pool is wonderfully heated and will be available from May 2026! On the edge of the Dwingelderveld is our renovated thatched farm "An 't Noordende", overlooking the Es grounds on the beautiful village of Dwingeloo. Our farm can accommodate up to 10 people. It is very suitable for families with kids. Hottub optional.

Het is de perfecte uitvalbasis voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars, fietsers, stedentrippers en mensen die lekker een weekendje vooral 'thuis' willen blijven. Er is niet alleen veel te beleven in de buurt, maar ook in de tuin kom je heerlijk tot rust. Het huisje is klein maar fijn en beschikt over een eigen keuken en badkamer.
