The game room is not climate-controlled but there will be fans/heaters for you to use in that specific area and the upstairs is air-conditioned by a window unit.

It's a short walk to the Oklawaha Greenway, several restaurants and stores, and a quick scenic drive to all the beautiful spots in Western North Carolina.
