This 3 BD/2BA brick home is located on the #4 green of Pendleton Harbor 9-Hole PAR 3 golf course and has a lake view of Carrice Creek. Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

Our Texas sized, pet friendly Barndo is a 3,600 sq. ft. Lake House, located on ~3 acres overlooking Toledo Bend Lake. Our spacious Barndo sleeps 16 in beds with additional space for air mattresses. We are on a bluff above the lake which offers stunning panoramic views of Toledo Bend and beautiful sunsets. If you are coming to enjoy water activities, we are conveniently located between 3 boat ramps (~1 mile away). Shore fishing/swimming is available just 1 mile away at Holly Park Marina.

This unique A frame cabin is nestled on the lakefront- northern part of Toledo Bend, surrounded by mature trees that creates breathtaking landscape. Come relax at this quiet, clean cabin with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft overlooking a beautiful view of Toledo Lake. Due to nature surrounding, internet is average speed.

Lake front views! Come enjoy this spacious 3 bed 2.5 bath located directly on the lake! It has a kitchen, large living space to enjoy company, and dining room. The downstairs master bedroom consists of one king and one queen bed! The upstairs has a bathroom and one bedroom with a king bed and second bedroom with a full and twin bed! Beautiful lake views from multiple rooms in the home! Please note the spiral staircase is narrow. Pets are allowed with owner approval and pet fee :)

To Toledo Town or Zwolle 5 min to Shell Station. wifi 25mbps. Will be upgraded to 300 Mbps soon.
