Vacation rentals with breakfast in Eastern Scheldt

YOU FOUND YOUR NEXT STAY - You don’t have to look any further, this is the place. It was so peaceful and relaxing to stay here. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer. We even plan to come back and that’s traveling from the USA so it’s not a quick trip, but it was just such a great place. It’s a very short drive (15 minutes) to Bruges and only 30 minutes to the coast. We loved exploring the area and having this wonderful place to come back to. Even more amazing is the host, Pieter-Jan. Super responsive, amazingly nice, and a GREAT chef. When you’re offered breakfast and dinner, I also recommend taking him up on that. Really I couldn’t be happier with this stay.

Wouter and Justine were incredible. I could not of asked for a better place to stay. They were welcoming , extremely helpful and kind. The place was as described, clean and in a nice location. I highly recommend. It is the only place I will stay when I come back, and strongly recommended to friends and family! Thank you so much, I hope to see you both again

Loved stayed at Marc's place! It was perfect for a weekend trip in Antwerp. The house was beautiful and charming and Marc is extremely friendly and lovely to chat with. The room: spotless and comfortable. To note, it is more like a bed-and-breakfast than airbnb, as in the room is quite small. But it was clean, the space was beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept so well. The service: Marc was easy to communicate with and very flexible about arrival time. He also let us leave our bags at checkout - it made the experience very easy. He served us a nice breakfast the next morning. It was a nice personal touch. The neighborhood: Easily walkable from the train station (about 25 min) and 5-15 min walk to anything else in old town Antwerp. It was the perfect location for exploring a bit in every direction and the neighborhood is very chic.

This was the most wonderful and satisfying experience I've had since using airbnb, so I would like to thank Nathalie, the host here for such a high quality and comfortable service.How should we describe this fantastic place to stay?I think it would be nice to talk about it's location.Indeed, it is not located in the city center of Old Bruges, and, it can be said that it is on the edge of the old city, however, for tourists it is not remote, it is only 600 meters to the most central bazaar square, the street from the doorstep is all the way there, without a turn.Going in the opposite direction of the city center, less than 100 meters is the green park that surrounds the old town and is a great place for an early morning and evening walk.The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the train station, if it is not convenient to walk with luggage, the free shuttle bus three times an hour is one stop away and the station is only 70 meters from the door of the apartment.Speaking of the apartment itself, it is really a very unique place, it is trinity - the first floor shop (behind the restaurant and kitchen), the master room on the second floor (shower room and toilet, outside is the terrace), the guest room on the third floor.Hostess Nathalie is a text craft artist, the house is her studio, the shop on the first floor is all her handmade crafts, she lives on the second floor and transforms the loft on the third floor into a guest room to host tourists from all over the world.Nathalie has spent a lot of thought and labor in the decoration and decoration of the house, the studio and shop don't have to say, from the overall style and color selection and harmony, the selection of the countertop of the kitchen table, the selection of utensils, to the painting and firing of the ceramic tile patterns next to the washbasin, and to the guest room her mother's hand sewn lace sheets, not only to experience her style and taste, but also to see how much she loves life.She takes a love of life and the city of Bruges, and also paints carefully in tourist guides to guests, from attractions to restaurants, from shopping streets to specialty shops, from Belgian fries and waffles to chocolate shops, Lin Lin's general, meticulous and thoughtful.After each guest has read this information, I believe he will immediately become a tourist expert in Bruges.Finally, it's time to talk about the hostess, Nathalie herself, what an elegant, intelligent, diligent, enthusiastic, easy to reach woman.Breakfast time each day is our most anticipated and enjoyable time.Nathalie personally cooked us a breakfast of local specialties every day, though not as abundant as the hotel's English or Continental breakfast, however, we enjoyed her dedication even more, as well as her free conversation.The content of our conversation goes from south to north, but our core values are surprisingly consistent - love, openness, inclusion and understanding of life.When I say goodbye, I sincerely say to Nathalie that she is welcome to travel to China, although I may not be able to do her half, however, I am willing to help her as much as I can.Lastly, I would like to say a second, thank you Nathalie, for the warm colors and memories of our journey.

The stay at Lisette's home was the highlight of our trip to the Netherlands. She and her husband Alexander were extremely friendly and receptive, and we couldn't thank them enough for all the niceties provided for our stay and the delicious daily breakfast they have prepared for us. The place is just as described, cosy, clean, and comfortable. Amsterdam and many other attractions are just under an hour's drive away. Overall, highly recommended!

Karen is a wonderful host. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Etten Leur. The morning breakfast basket was a perfect combination of fruit, juice, breads, and eggs. Would book again in a second!

This is our second stay at Leonardo’s place and it was as wonderful as we remembered. Great location, amenities and very comfortable. Close to the tram, metro and Centraal station. Leonardo is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Hope to comeback again.

Large and bright apartment. You can walk to the city center. Lots of shops around the apartment. Kitchen and dining room like at home.

Perfect location everything in walking distance plus public transport on your doorstep for further afield.

Ben was the perfect host, was flexible With check in which was really helpful. The flat is very special, heart location and wonderful decor. All spaces clean and tidy. Breakfast from the local patisserie (provided) was the cherry on the cake. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We had a lovely stay in the studio at Lydia's. Perfect for two people. The private outdoor space keeps your dog free in the middle of the farm, it's really appreciated. And thanks to the covered terrace, you can enjoy the outdoors, even if the weather is bad. The area is beautiful and the accommodation is ideally placed on foot for hiking, cycling or driving a few minutes from the beaches and Veere. It was a first visit and we will be back. Thanks!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend away in Anne Marie's beautiful room. Wonderful beds were waiting for us, soft towels in the small but very neat bathroom. In the kitchen there was a drink ready and breakfast was prepared in the evening by Anne Marie so we could wake up and have breakfast at our own pace in the morning. Anne Marie checked from time to time if everything was ok and always very friendly. We definitely recommend this place for a visit to the Biesbosch and surroundings!
