Monthly Rentals in Échillais

Excellent one month stay at Sonia's apartment. Very well furnished and equipped, bright, very clean ,faithful to the photos. The plus for me: large room with large dressing room, large bathroom with window, electric roller shutters, easy parking in front of apartment, bus stop nearby, bakery 5' .... Very good communication with Sonia present at my arrival and for my departure ( it's rare ,thank you) ,available,responsive and discreet. In short, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

It is in a very flowery and green paradise surrounded by fields that Marcel and Janique welcomed us with such kindness. The location is ideal for shining and discovering the region (Fort Boyard, La Rochelle, beautiful beaches and tiles...). There is a very good bakery and a supermarket 1.5 km away. The 70 m2 house is perfect with all the useful amenities for a good holiday (barbecue/plancha, pergola, washing machine etc.). There are lots of good places to stay (ex: eco-responsible ferry restaurant and oyster huts). As a superhost, I can only recommend it. It was a great discovery and great meetups. We will definitely come back to that!

Valérie is a very kind, welcoming, accessible and very responsive person. In addition, she was able to adapt to our particular conditions. The accommodation perfectly matched our needs, spacious, on one level and in a quiet environment. We'll be happy to go back on vacation.

IT IS A SPECTACULAR PLACE IN EVERY DETAIL EVERYTHING, ONLY STAY ONE NIGHT BUT IF WE RETURN TO THAT AREA TO VISIT WITH MORE CAREFUL CARE THAN INTENTAREMSO TO BOOK IT AGAIN. HOSTS LIVE IN THE SAME BUILDING BUT DO NOT INTERFERE AT ALL. THEY ALSO HAD DETAILS LIKE A WELCOME COOKIE. PERFECT FACILITIES AND COMFORTABLE BEDS. GREAT FOR FAMILIES.
