Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Edisto River

The house is in a very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very well maintained and squeaky clean. The location is very good because you’re not far away from anything. We stayed at the house on a work trip so I didn’t cook much however I did fix my breakfast & the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Our host was very responsive and we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

We were happy with the house. Very specious and cosy. Big backyard with a fire pit. Feels safe. We would definitely highly recommend this place! Thank you for making us feel like home.

Fabulous 3-night stay here while in town for a wedding. Place was super comfortable and neighborhood charming,quiet and quick Uber ride to downtown Charleston. I’m only sorry I couldn’t spend more time lounging on the super comfortable sofa and enjoying the surroundings. Great stay!

It was super easy to find, close drive to downtown, Sullivan Island, Credit One Arena (we came for a concert ) Love that the parking was directly in front of the property. Great view from Living room and bedroom windows and deck. Very clear instructions for check- in / check - out. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed. The bird nature walk is nearby. We enjoyed visiting with the local people on our walks around town and in the restaurants. Tetia was great to work with and very helpful. We are hoping to stay there again when we come back in late summer.

Renee was extremely communicative. Before we arrived, there seemed like there was some issues from the previous visit, but Renee was all over it and letting us know that it would be made right for us and she did so. Great home, great backyard space, plenty of room for a big group.

This is a great location, they have a little outdoor area tucked off the street with chairs and a table, that was a nice treat. Over all a perfect little place, except the bed and pull out were not very comfy. Still recommend if you are someone who can sleep anywhere. Stay duvet hosts were wonderful!

A beautiful apartment right in the middle of downtown Charleston. Walkable to everything you could want to see in the city and only a 30 minute drive to one of the beaches close by. Would highly recommend!

Loved staying here. Perfect location. Great restaurants and cafes very near by and in a very walkable part of city. We loved having the pool - the landscaping was also really nice. We did have a small issue with AC first night, but it was fixed quickly. Great babymoon spot. Would definitely stay again.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

The location was incredible! Just off King Street but still quiet and comfortable. The porch was also a great way to relax. The checkout was very flexible so we could still enjoy seeing more of Charleston with our bags safely tucked away.

We stayed in the downstairs 2 bedroom unit A. The property is located not too far North from downtown taking approx 20-30 min to walk to the historical district. There is a small convenience store a block away and a very popular bagel / coffee shop right next door. Holey Bagels. This old home has been renovated with pretty colors, the kitchen and bathroom seemed new as well as the decor. As with any old home it has its quirks but it’s part of the Charleston Charm. The amenities provided are really nice, popcorn, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods to name the basics but the attention to details like, q tips, cotton pads & ear plugs are what sets an airbnb apart and the details are all there at Rutledge Retreat. It is important to note that one of the bedrooms is on the street and can be quite noisy even at night, with the traffic stopping at the red light and the fire trucks going by, the provided earplugs came in handy.

The place is beautiful and cozy, and in a nice neighborhood. The host is very kind, welcoming, and was very responsive! highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a pet friendly small place David’s place is for you! Located in a residential neighborhood right between Folly beach and Charleston. Yes,ride share is available we used Lyft one night to go into Folly Beach $10.00. Apartment was fully furnished had everything you would need!

Kimber was a very responsive host who even took the time to learn why we were coming (medical appointment) and remembered that and wished us the best. During our stay, she checked on us in a non-imposing way that made us feel important. The condo is very much like others we have stayed in on Edisto Beach, so we knew what to expect and it didn’t disappoint. We also appreciated the no-pet/no-smoking policy which made for a cleaner environment. We will certainly be back! Thanks for being a great host, Kimber!! Hollie

Charlie was very friendly and gave clear instructions prior to our arrival. The place was clean and provided everything we needed. We especially enjoyed exploring the island using the bicycles provided with the unit!

We are property owners in Wyndham Ocean Ridge, and are very familiar with the various condo groups in the resort. This particular unit was just what we needed for some overflow space for family members. It was tastefully decorated, super clean, and pretty spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. We have found that Driftwood can be hit or miss, but this unit exceeded our expectations. The owner was so very responsive and accommodating, and she covered everything in her detailed messages. It's always good when a condo has been renovated with nice bathrooms and kitchen appliances:) The only drawback was the noise level from the upstairs rental, which was addressed. That does happen when properties are not on the top floor...but so worth it in terms of the open floorplan of second floor condos in this complex. We will definitely consider this unit again when we need extra space for guests! Thanks, Dawn!

Amazing stay! Relaxing beach theme vibe . Friendly neighbors and safe place to travel. Owner very responsive , she is very considerate of giving us early check-in as soon as the property became available that day. Our expectation exceeded ! Overall beautiful, safe and comfortable place to stay. We will definitely book again.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! The host Sandra left very clear instructions for checking in and snacks for guests as well. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet, which was much appreciated. Had all the necessary amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and would love to stay again.
