The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.

Beautiful fully furnished attic apartment (80 m²) with balcony and large roof terrace with views of the forests. In the kitchen, the basic equipment such as spices (vinegar, oil, salt, pepper...), dish towels, detergent and various cleaning agents are available. A Senseo coffee maker and a Sodastream (for making sparkling water), are available. In the converted attic there is a hammock and a chaise longue to relax.
