Discover this 50 sqm house, set in a quiet area, only 5 minutes walk from the center for an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Wine Route. A master bedroom, a bedroom with two individual beds, and a sofa bed for two in the living room. Kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. Linens and towels provided. Private garden with terrace. Free parking space.

Our cottage has been completely refurbished and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living space with private access to the terrace and garden. The living room consists of a sofa, TV with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped and opens onto the dining area. You will have access to the bathroom (walk-in shower, cabinet with sink). Upstairs there are two bedrooms and an office area. A closed room is accessible in the basement.

Our house is an old Alsatian house, from 1786, on three levels served by stairs. On the first floor, there is the living room, dining room, table with 5 chairs, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, office and kitchen, equipped. Upstairs, a large master bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with double bed, a children's bedroom with a double bed, and a toilet area, with sink and toilet.
