Of course, parking, Wi-Fi is free. To the town center/beginners' ski area 500 m, to the free bus 120 m, to the train station 500 m. Surrounded by meadows, enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. Beautifully restored home "Die Alpe" in Garmisch. We call this apartment Gams or mountain goat. The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. You can walk to shops/restaurants/bars in 5 min. Enjoy and relax during your stay!

Enjoy apartment

This centrally located and tastefully decorated apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, luxury bathroom with rain shower and an outdoor terrace with access to the garden. The dining kitchen with dining area and comfortable corner sofa offers plenty of space for dining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there are two lovely armchairs to relax in. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The smaller bedroom has an old wooden bunk bed.

Between the village square and the stream

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want? And now even the village square is newly renovated.

The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.
