Walking distance from a grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc. only 40 minutes to Beautiful and World Heritage Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Only 15 minutes to the House-museum of Pablo Neruda. 30 Minutes to the closest Winery or Vineyards.
