Brad’s place was the perfect ski house for our daughter’s ski racing weekend at Holiday Valley! Just a couple of minutes to the mountain as well as to town. Neat, tidy, charming- and the well stocked coffee station was a bonus! We plan to come back!

Very nice place. Had a ton of room for each couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Nice location close to the ski slope but was out of town enough. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return to ski again in the future.

Very family friendly house, close to town and ski areas, host was friendly, responsive and flexible! Hope to stay there again during next year’s ski trip! Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at one of Genevieve's properties. We loved the decor, the comfortable rooms and the very convenient location close to the ski resort and the town of Ellicottville.

Stayed at Tony & Steve’s place for a ski trip. It was perfect. Downtown restaurants were walkable. Ski slopes were a short drive. House was clean. Check out process is simple. Clear instructions were left. Would book again.

Zachary's and Kelli's home was warm and welcoming. The house was spotless and so nicely decorated. They left coffee, hot chocolate, tea and even snacks for us. If we were going to be there longer, there was plenty of closet and dresser space as well as a nice-sized desk for a computer. We were up for a weekend at St. Bonaventure University and it was close to campus as well as the local restaurants and stores. Yet it was on a very quiet street. If I need another place to stay in Olean, I will see if this home is available before looking for others.

This was a true ski-in/ski-out location, which was wonderful! Jenni described it well and put me at ease knowing the space was well-suited for four people with the one bedroom and pull-out bed. It is a well-loved little nook that worked perfect for the long weekend. We will certainly be back to Jenni's place. Jenni was responsive on questions/concerns and gave great local recommendations for food. She prepped us for the amount of stairs to get into the location and warned us the lift nearby isn't always running (it was our weekend.) We felt prepared heading into the weekend, enjoyed our time, and will be back!

Erika's home was true to everything I read on reviews. Home was clean and comfortable; communication was on point and timely; the neighborhood was quiet; supermarket close by (which was a plus as we wanted to cook and stay in); I have nothing negative to say, my husband and I were very pleased with the entire experience. Will definitely stay at Erika's place again as we travel through Olean.

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

Kristin was a very flexible host, allowing for early check-in and providing clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process, as well as additional information regarding location of extra linens and spare bed options. She was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries, including technological difficulties with the tv/cable during our stay. Also an 8 min walk to the Sunrise lift chair at Holiday Valley resort if you don’t want to wait more than 15+ minutes for the shuttle. Would highly recommend Kristin’s place!

Great place to stay. It was clean, had quite a few beds and games for us to play. Easy to ski in and out, but with young kids the first hill is a little steep. Also, the closest lift closes early, but you are able to make it back. Overall, we would recommend it to someone visiting!

This was our second stay at David’s Place. We had anything fantastic stay. This place is the perfect size for our family. Being so close to the slopes and all that Ellicottville has to offer is so convenient. We will definitely be planning another stay at David’s Place.

Easy ski in ski out and that is what we were looking for. There were lots of stairs to navigate going in and out. The bed was excellent and the shower was nice. The kitchen has everything we needed and there was nice amenities like tea coffee and other nice touches. If you want to ski Holiday Valley this is a nice choice for a couple

This is the second time we've stayed at one of Joe's rentals. We love the location, the space is just right for our family of 4, though we spend most of our time outside on the slopes. Master bed is comfy, perfectly supportive after a full day of skiing. Whole space is clean and comfortable. Fireplace is warm and cozy.

We were thrilled with the space! We definitely will book again! Perfect for a family that needs separate sleeping space and room to stretch out.

Natalie was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was lovely and very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future!
