You'll feel right at home in our quiet yet centrally located accommodation with a small garden terrace. Situated on the edge of the forest, you can start your hikes directly from the property. The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer: splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

Our chalet is located in a quiet, idyllic, sunny location in Kirchberg. From the center about 6 minutes driving time. The rustic yet cozy "cottage" has one bedroom, another bedroom is located on the gallery, as well as a room on the lowest floor, ski room, storage room for sports equipment. Covered garages are provided. A terrace with sunbathing area and a magnificent view over all the mountains makes some hearts beat faster.

In summer, it is an ideal starting point for cycling trips or hikes. In winter, the Wilder Kaiser Brixental Ski World is ideal for winter hikes, cross-country days or ski days. Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. Double room with toilet and shower, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the double room, there is a small fridge, coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and flatware as a small starting aid for the day.
