The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer: splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

The rustic yet cozy "cottage" has one bedroom, another bedroom is located on the gallery, as well as a room on the lowest floor, ski room, storage room for sports equipment. Covered garages are provided. A terrace with sunbathing area and a magnificent view over all the mountains makes some hearts beat faster.

Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. In the double room, there is a small fridge, coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and flatware as a small starting aid for the day.

Chalet Katharina is located directly on the snow-covered Pengelstein valley run to the Pengelstein I gondola lift. The slope runs just a few meters past the chalet, and the access and exit to the slope are groomed daily, allowing for easy ski-in and ski-out in winter.
