A sunny and a shady terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer and Nespresso coffee maker, a stylish living area with FHD TV and small library await you. For the little guests there is a loft bed, travel bed, games, high chair... The apartment is non-smoking. Underground parking is available.

Our apartment is located in Emmendingen – in the middle of the Freiburg region in the southern Black Forest. Our bright, quiet apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people with 72 square meters and is modernly furnished. In addition to the spacious kitchen and a cozy living room, the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large covered terrace you can enjoy the sun of southern Baden and the view of our farm garden. The apartment is non-smoking.

Close to nature yet central

Due to the location on the outskirts, you can enjoy nature directly from the curb and still be quickly in Freiburg (10 minutes by car) or in Europa-Park / Rulantica (20 minutes). In the bright basement apartment of our new single-family house there is a bedroom and a living-dining area with fully equipped kitchens. The missing oven is replaced by the baking function of the microwave. On request, a children's travel cot and high chair can be provided.

The "Spielberg-Lodge" is a stylish & modern furnished apartment with oak parquet and underfloor heating for max. 2 people. It has a separate entrance and is only 20 minutes by car from Freiburg in the countryside and invites you to relax. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.

Nearby there is a quarry lake (swimming is allowed)

Ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking and skiing, Freiburg is quickly accessible, the Breisgau S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away. Vacation home on farm (EuropaPark approx. 15 min)

Spend relaxing days in our 2.5 room apartment on the farm. The house is only about 15 minutes from Europa-Park and can be easily reached via the highway exit in Riegel. The Kaiserstuhl or nearby Freiburg are other popular destinations.
