Raymond's apartment matches the listing and published photos in every way. It is also very well equipped and soundproofed. Not to mention the convenience of the garage and the elevator. As for the sea view, it is beyond words. The location of the apartment is ideal in that the building is located, so to speak, on the beach and it is only a few steps to walk along the sea, either along the dunes or towards the bay of Authie where you can watch the seals. However, you can walk to downtown Berck to enjoy shops and restaurants which are all characterized by their quality. Finally, I would like to emphasize the hospitality provided by Christophe: he was as precise and punctual as he was accommodating during check-in and checkout times. Thanks to him!

the apartment is conveniently located to do anything on foot. Outside of the tourist period, parking is easy and free. i went there when there was work on the esplanade, which could have caused noise but the work ended during my stay.

Claude was very responsive and helpful in his instructions of how to find the property and parking space. The accommodation was very homely, comfortable and had everything we needed (including binoculars!) The view from the lounge was outstanding, as it is right on the beach front. There is loads to do and see in De Panne. The shopping centre is about a 10 minute walk, with a supermarket there. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a meal at Azzurro pizza place that's a few apartments down, and Colosseo a bit further on the promenade. Summer 16 is also great for frozen Margaritas, waffles and chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you Claude for sharing this little piece of heaven!

Excellent experience in this very nice apartment. The spaces are very well used, everything is very functional. Everything was extremely clean. The beds were made. Pleasant smell. Very well equipped. Great location for our expectations. A guide was made by the host with the description of things to know, tours to do, restaurant tips. Board games and toys were available for the kids. The host is very responsive. Very nice. We had a lovely weekend and had a lovely time in the apartment. A beautiful terrace allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Large windows make the seemingly very bright. Towels and small touches were waiting for us. The little plus the code lock, great for our mode of operation, no need to do without the keys. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Very clean apartment, super welcoming host, easy to access, a real pleasure!

The place was super nice! Everything you need, very clean, check in hassle-free, three minutes walk from the beach, super nice cafe, right across the street, the center 10 minutes from the apartment within walking distance, elevator available, right parking in front of the door. Everything great! Attention to everyone: don't leave anything out of the apartment door, unfortunately my shoes were stolen. We will be happy to come back! The apartment is absolutely recommended, also because communication is smooth and very helpful. An absolute highlight is the underfloor heating! The kitchen is in absolutely top condition, with super working stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with capsules (I personally am not the capsule fan)!

Thank you dear Vanessa for your incredibly beautiful cottage. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need - and that makes it so easy and comfortable to spend the holidays there. The kitchen is so well equipped that you can take care of yourself there as at home. We all slept as well as in no vacation home. A broken light bulb was replaced within 5 minutes. Upon our arrival, small gifts were waiting for us, which we were very much looking forward to. The house is nice big, cozy and beautiful. The area is very quiet, which we liked very much - and centrally located, so you can quickly drive to other towns by car. We also didn't have to buy beach toys, which was also available. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay a little longer, which helped us a lot. We will be happy to come back, it was the best stay we ever had. Thank you very much dear Vanessa.

A great spot to explore the city!

Good communication, easy access, spacious and very comfortable accommodation, very clean, perfect bedding. Very nice exterior. House enjoying a lot of clarity in all the rooms. Location close to merchants. Very good address in a pleasant village.

Rémi and Youna were quality hosts in both the communication and the service offered. A charming house decorated with care, with everything you need and close to Nausicaa and restaurants. Communication was excellent. We will recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Boulogne sur mer and its beautiful region. Thanks again!

What a fantastic experience! Our stay at this Airbnb was really great. The cottage was very clean, taken care of to the last detail – you immediately felt that they work here with love. The location is wonderfully quiet, ideal for completely relaxing after a day out. Nevertheless, everything you want to see or do is close by: sights, cozy restaurants are all easily accessible. The friendly operator also deserves a special mention – super hospitable you immediately feel welcome. In short, highly recommended.

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

Ines' apartment is perfect for a short stay as a family with children, the proximity to the beach and sea are outstanding. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment. The contact with Randy (on site) was always very polite, respectful and helpful.

We spent two nights during the 2025 flying deer. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It matches the photos. The price is reasonable given the other prices during this period. I recommend this place. 👍 Just a small downside on the 'cuckoo' in the living room that 'cuckoo' is very early in the morning and wakes up every hour if you have light sleep in the living room.

Nice apartment in a nice part of town. The flat has a nice view, away from the beach. It’s on the top Floor but there is a lift, so it’s ideal for families. If you do have a young family it is a little bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Dominique is very responsive and proactive, thank you.

Very nice apartment, ideal for 4, we didn't walk on it. Close to a pretty beach, not far from other cities to visit. Very clear welcome booklet, great responsiveness to messages. I recommend it!

We stayed in the apartment for a getaway with our child and our little dog. In terms of size, it was completely sufficient. There was everything you needed, there was nothing missing. The location is perfect because you can look at the beach from the living room. The beach is really right outside the door. Small shops, supermarket and many restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The balcony is in the shade, unfortunately there is no sun at any time, which is certainly pleasant in summer. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
