Monthly Rentals in Épinal

We loved our short stay and were able to cook and have a nice dinner. I would recommend this home and 2 couples can easily stay. The only downside we found was the bathroom, which is far too small with all respect.

Very well located and well arranged accommodation, we were a family of 4 and there is enough room for everyone! It is a short walk from the delicious places for your palate... The only small downside could be that it's on the 4th floor, but it's not a surprise since everything is mentioned in the description! Don't hesitate....

Seemingly as described. Despite the stairwell that is under renovation during our visit, the apartment is clean. Positive: - Restaurant and fast food nearby, ice rink and cinema 10min walk away. - Comfortable bedding and linen provided, which is nice. I noticed two negative points but that don't hurt the stay too much: - sound insulation; it is an old building like all Epinal, so they easily heard the neighborhood and especially the water drain. - the height of the switch for the LEDs in the living room; very pleasant as a light but if you measure less than1m65 it is difficult to access. Personally I found the couch not very comfortable to watch a movie, but it didn't bother my partner. Otherwise everything else is great, the little Qr code for the wifi is great, the booklet with the guidelines and the activities is nice to find. The welcome coffee/tea is a great pleasure. In short, NICE!
