Vacation rentals with a patio in Eretria

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

We were very comfortable at Lukas’s house. I appreciated having a washer and dryer since we had been touring for a week and needed cleaner clothes. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could enjoy the balcony. I had several questions while we stayed there and appreciated the quick responses

Christos was a great host - very friendly and an active communicator throughout every step to make sure everything went okay. He gave us local recommendations and was always available. The home was great & the outdoor patio is lovely - we saw three sweet sunbathing cats.

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

Very nice and cozy apartment ideally located in a quiet neighborhood closed to the Acropolis and downtown Athens. Katerina is a very responsive and reliable host and help made my stay in Athens smooth and easy

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

The cottage is right next to the sea, spacious, beautiful and with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Mike communicated with us throughout and assisted with local recommendations and airport transfers. There were nice personal touches such as tsoureki, cooldrink and coffee/ tea for our use. Our only regret is not having stayed longer. Thank you!

Aris' place is very nice. Entering the house made you feel comfortable! The garden is so chill and it has been perfect for us in terms of location as we have family living in Peristeri! Aris was always reachable and communication was impeccable! At the next Easter, it will be our first choice again!

This was a great stay for our family of 4. Walkable to everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. Place was clean and safe. Can't beat that view!

Even though the apartment is in the middle of Athens, it was so peaceful on the 4th floor. Great location and the hot tub was a bonus! Yannis and Tax were super-helpful, and the apartment was spotless!

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Quite happy with the place and the host/s. Clean and tidy

Such a lovely place—just steps from the city center, with everything within walking distance. The views from both the bedroom and balconies are incredible. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Alexandra was incredibly kind and responsive to every question, and her local recommendations were spot-on. She even arranged both airport and port transfers, which took one more thing off our plate and made the trip completely stress-free.

Really nice place and close to everything!
