Α 1,000 sq m garden is available for activities and relaxation. Located in a quite part of the town of Eretria 150m from the sea, 200m from the main coastal road (restaurants, cafes, bakerys etc) and 950m from the port. The house is on Spyros Vassiliou str., named after the painter by the municipality of Eretria in his memory.

Μοναδικό ισόγειο διαμέρισμα 75 τμ, 2 Υπνοδωματίων, κυριολεκτικά πάνω στο κύμα, σε όμορφο συγκρότημα μοντέρνας αρχιτεκτονικής, σε ήσυχο σημείο με παραλία ιδανική για κολύμπι. Όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν άμεση πρόσβαση και θέα στη θάλασσα, με μεγάλες βεράντες για να απολαμβάνει κανείς το ηλιοβασίλεμα και τον ήχο από το κύμα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Απέχει 1 ώρα από την Αθήνα και μόλις 3' από το κέντρο της Ερέτριας, το λιμάνι, τα εμπορικά καταστήματα και τα εστιατόρια.

Το κατάλυμα είναι στο κεντρικότερο σημείο μπροστά από το λιμάνι της Ερέτριας Φιλοξενεί εως και δυο άτομα ένας άνετος χώρος για ηρεμία και χαλάρωση μπροστά στο απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας. Ο κεντρικός πεζόδρομος γεμάτος ζωή ξεκινάει σε απόσταση μόλις 1 λεπτού με τα πόδια και οι παραλίες ξεκινάνε στα 500 μέτρα.
