After a long period of personal use, the popular studio is available to our guests again. On the lower ground floor, it offers an ideal living space for up to 2 people. Centrally located, quiet, directly on the bike/hiking trail and close to the lake, simply great. In addition to 1 ½ rooms, you will find a great kitchen, Nespresso machine, a nice bathroom with shower/toilet. The cozy living space is bright and divided by a spacious built-in wardrobe. A covered garden seating area is available outside.

The historic "Haus zum Schiff" (house by the ship) from the 17th century, situated on the shores of Lake Constance, captivates not only with spacious living areas but also with its private seating area and direct access to the lake. In recent years, the ground floor and first-floor apartment operated as a lovingly run restaurant, cherished and well-established in the region. We are delighted to now share the joy of this historic building and its lakeside charm with guests from around the world.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

From Tägerwilen Dorf train station (5 min. walk) it is only 2 stops by S-Bahn to Constance. The lido Tägerwiler Badi on the Seerhein can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. The following amenities are 2-3 minutes' walk away: Supermarket Coop, bicycle rental Ehrbar Zweiradhuus, bakery, butcher and ATM.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace.
