The flat has three rooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom with a toilet and a shower-bath combination. Families are very welcome. The car park is in front of the house. There you will also find a small, charming outdoor area – where a barbecue is also available. Charge your electric car at our own electric charging point. Bicycles can be parked securely.

Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.
