Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 5 minute walk from the forest. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the lake. Parking place for 3 cars (2 in front of the garage and 1 in the double underground garage with direct access to the house). The house has a small garden with many plants and privacy. There is 1 balcony and 1 large terrace with jacuzzi. The lake in the village has a large public swimming area and other family activities (playground, SUP rental, restaurant, etc.)

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful view of the lake, mountains and the countryside. Free parking and good train connections (5 min away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have stand-up paddleboards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

You live in a lovely furnished apartment with antiques from the 19th century, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm). There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. Despite the stunning nature nearby, you reach the city of Lucerne or the valley station of Mt Pilatus within a short bus ride.

The apartment has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
