Vacation rentals with beach access in Ernakulam

My stay at this homestay was amazing. The place was huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with amazing view. The host, Fabin went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and I really appreciated his kindness. He stayed in touch with us throughout and gave us great tips on exploring the area. He was highly responsive. I left feeling happy and refreshed, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with a wonderful host.

Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

We had a lovely stay. We are so happy with the place and service. The home is beautiful and a nice haven from the city. The pool was so nice. The team there makes you feel right at home and so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We had everything we needed during our stay. The host also help us set up transportation to and from airport, a day tour, and gave wonderful recommendations. I would highly recommend this house and host to others.

The stay is very beautiful and surrounded by very nice locality. The beach is just behind the house. Fort kochi is very near by taking a ferry which cost not more than 10rs. we also rented a 2 wheeler with the help of care taker which helped us for visiting local site seeing. House is very comfortable with all the A to Z amenities. We had little issue to find the house as the house is little inside the gully but once spotted it is easy to mark and recognize. overall highly recommend property.

The beach house is great if you'd like to visit the area with a dose of beach vacation. The house is just across the road from sand beaches on the Arabian Sea. The beaches are fairly clean and are lightly used during the day. We had our own private beach when we went. It's such a peaceful and romantic time to watch the waves crash from the upper porch. The house is out in a sort of rural area with nearby homes. There are not any businesses nearby that are walkable and interesting. (at least for Westerners) The house is about an hour from sites in Kochi proper. That's a $10 Uber ride which we did a lot without real issues. We liked taking the Uber to/from the Vypin-Fort Kochi Ferry and taking the ferry across. (Uber won't) The stay includes breakfast. Those are delivered warm and delicious each morning. Some of the best Keralan cooking we had. The host and staff were very responsive. We're from the US and had ate the food and drank the house's filtered water without issue.

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

Very supportive in all matters. What I like the most is the mind to help without getting tired even if I call for any need.. A quiet place with privacy and a clean room. I liked everything ❤️

I stayed with family for 3 days and no hotel suite can rival this apartment, fully furnished in style and well stocked, and Swiggy delivery available at doorstep. There were many facilities which we did not get time to utilise as we were here for a wedding. We hope to visit again in future. Thanks for a memorable stay.🍺
