“We had a great three night stay in this sparklingly clean and beautifully appointed cottage. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities perfect. We would have appreciated a small microwave oven to heat food and beverages in the cold of winter but this lack did not detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay. Our hosts, Adrian and Cathie, were very friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend their place to any travelers to or through Aylsham. We would love to stay again if we find ourselves in the vicinity.”
A lovely light & airy space with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with high ceiling.. much larger than imagined, which is hard to show in photos, spacious Hallway with quiet seated area, hall leads to a lovely bedroom with bright coloured chandelier & bedding that gives you a luxurious feeling of being special. Iam happy to have 1 large dog or 2 smaller ones, small charge of £10 I child allowed in temporary bed £10 a night. or baby in travel cot free. Air conditioning unit & fans available
“A gorgeous apartment, sparkling clean, all the amenities you could need, lovely little touches like Netflix set up on the TV and milk and teabags / coffee already there when we arrived. It is a bit further from the middle of Cromer than we thought but only a 20 min walk or £3.60 taxi so was really not a problem. The apartment is very modern and pleasant, it even smells lovely.”
Close to Cromer and its lovely beach, historic market town of Aylsham, National Trust Blickling and Felbrigg (15 mins). A newly renovated 19th Century Wesleyan Chapel with beautiful views over common land, currently full of orchids and flag irises. Daily we see a barn owl, wood peckers, kestrels, and a range of small birds. This is a beautiful area for walking and cycling. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Wifi installed but slow.
“The chapel is a quirky space, decorated nicely and is very comfortable. The space was ideal for us and our baby. The village of Erpingham is lovely, peaceful and tranquil and is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastal area. Hannah and her dad, John, took good care of us and were really helpful. We are looking forward to returning to Norfolk soon!”
