This 2,400 square foot elegant and modern house is located within 4 miles of the Mayo Clinic. It's also near Apache Mall, restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful walking/biking trail system. Feel relaxed and completely at home in this cozy, peaceful setting where wildlife abounds while still living in the city!

This is a 1 BR unit that is in the lower level basement of a triplex (564 sq. ft). There are eight steps down to this apartment. It is bright and clean. This triplex is located in the Kutzky park neighborhood, a safe, quiet residential area. Free off street parking is available behind the house. The apartment has a complete kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, plenty of dishes and pots and pans so you can make your own meals. There has an electric fireplace Wifi and a smart TV.

Lovely county home, on a horse farm, w/ 2 bedrooms

10 miles from Mayo Clinic, located on beautiful horse farm (with riding lessons available), huge backyard plenty of room for kids to run. This is a split entry house, so you’ll have a private entry with newly remodeled full kitchen, full bathroom with tub and shower, 2 bedrooms. Quite peaceful country living. All bedding is washed between guests including blankets. Carpets are vacuumed and hard wood floors washed. A clean living space for my guest is important!
