What we missed was the real windows. And the bed is not comfortable for my liking. But absolute cleanliness.

We spent a night with Christiane and were very satisfied with the welcome, the quality of the accommodation and its environment. the bedding is good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The private terrace and access to the swimming pool are a big plus.

A very nice apartment to enjoy all the activities in the area. The town of Bourg Saint Andéol is central to visiting the caves and gorges of the Ardèche. Communication with Philippe is very easy and makes you feel confident!

Cintia is wonderful!!! Very helpful and do some spectacular massages!!!! If you need to rest, this is all for you. It has all kinds of appliances, massage stretcher,jacuzzi.. 😃 and best of all it is that it is private for you alone!!!! I recommend it and hot stone massage 😍👏🏻

We had a perfect stay with Christine and Albert. The house is very very quiet and beautifully located, adjacent to wine and lavender fields and in beautiful nature. The apartment still looked new and was very clean and incredibly well appointed. The mattresses and linens were good and high quality. Everything was very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable. Christine and Albert are very warm and open hosts and were always helpful. The location of the apartment is perfect to discover the beautiful and diverse region. From the lower bedroom you have a great view of the beautiful mountain village of Valaurie. Our daughter enjoyed the cats and ponies. We could very well imagine going there again in the summer to also be able to use the beautiful pool and terrace. Thanks for the tole time ! Rai is an incredibly kind and welcoming host. He was always available, responsive and accommodating. The apartment is perfect, refurbished with quality amenities, it has everything you need, and it is all fair according to the photos and description. Very good location 2 steps from the castle. the Anais house is perfect for resting and enjoying nature. old but renovated house (just what it takes to keep its style). the landscape is breathtaking and the hosts very friendly.

Celine was adorable and the accommodation was spotless and quiet. everything we were looking for.

A magical house with unusual architecture, lots of light and space, decorated with a lot of stuff, placed in a way that tells stories in every corner. A nice walk leads to a river. The house is fully furnished, there is nothing lacking. A small pretty garden with plenty of seating is next to the house. We felt very comfortable and found it a pity to stay only one night.

Small, comfortable and well-equipped house, with the advantage of a terrace in the shade all day. The accommodation is also ideally located for exploring the region. The two swimming pools of the residence are very nice, especially for children. Thierry is available for any information and to recommend nice outings.

Beautiful, modern apartment on a great location. The balcony was very useful as it saw the sunrise and the view was pleasant. Garage is good to have, although it didn’t fit our large van. St-Péray is a great village with nice boulangeries, a galette restaurant and a very nice bistro in Aux Coeurs Fidèles.

La Perle studio was a wonderful place. Veronique and Pascal were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed and hosted very generously. Fresh croissants, firewood and coal for the BBQ. The place is very well equipped and clean. We loved every minute of our stay and we would highly recommend the place. Fantastic people and fantastic place! We are grateful for such a beautiful stay. Great place to relax and enjoy the pristine pool and gorgeous garden. The studio is better than it looks in the photos, relatively recent, and well-maintained. I did not understand the layout in the listing, there are bunk beds in the entry area across from the separate WC and bathroom, leading to a decent-sized living/dining area and a small but functional kitchen. The queen-size (160cm) bed is upstairs on an open mezzanine level, TV is up there too. Comfortable linens on the beds. We appreciated the patio area, ours led directly to the pool. We spent a week there with our 7 yo granddaughter and there are lots of activities for kids, she also loved the pool. Frederic and Katy are very kind and responsive hosts.

We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.

We spent two weeks at Maxence and Déborah's place and it was two wonderful weeks. The accommodation is perfect, nothing is missing and everything is provided for the comfort of the tenants (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Outside, a magnificent terrace as well as a play area for children (trampoline, swing, etc.) as well as a courtyard to play pétanque, molki, etc. And what about the pool... heated, with exceptional views of the Ardèche reliefs. What a pleasure to bask in this view and calm. Thanks to Maxence and Déborah for their hospitality, availability, responsiveness and many tips on sightseeing in the area.
