A pleasant stay in this beautiful, large and comfortable home. The property was very clean, nothing was missing, indeed the hostess Ms. Vanessa, left us milk, croissants, jam. A loving person. We will definitely be back and I recommend it for a nice stay in this beautiful home.

Fiorella and Gianpaolo's hospitality was warm: they welcomed us as friends, with many small touches, suggestions, sincere kindness and constant availability. The place is truly enchanting, immersed in quiet, with spectacular views and absolute peace. The Romantic cottage is well organized and equipped and enjoys a charming private courtyard overlooking the woods with views of the hills as far as the eye can see... a dream!

Our stay in Ravenna was super! Angela Maria and her family are exceptional hosts, always available and courteous. Upon our arrival we were provided with all the directions to the house and the surroundings, and even during the stay we were provided with advice on what to do and where to go. The house is beautiful, spacious and quiet. Everything is very clean and with every comfort, it is also really within walking distance of the center, in a 10-minute walk you can reach the center of Ravenna, we never moved by car. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

great apartment, convenient to parking and quite close to downtown. the tip of maximum satisfaction was the solution x the bed: no blankets, bedspreads or duvets not washable with each change of guests but duvet covers, really the only hygienic solution x the bed. Congratulations!

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back back.

Perfect apartment. Beach 5 min walk, with several bathrooms, in addition to the free beach. An added value is the pool, although we used it little since we always found good weather. Inside everything is as pictured and described, tidy and clean. The host is always extremely responsive in communications, kind and available even before our arrival. I'd love to come back.

The house is isolated and surrounded by nature, very large, well maintained, and is even better than it looks in photos. Arriving at the last stretch to reach it, the road becomes unpaved and seems to be challenging and long, but already the second time it is even fun and pleasant to peer into the woods from the inside. We had no difficulty even in the 2 days of heavy rain, it is worth it. Michele welcomed us with care and throughout our stay he was always available, also satisfying our request for additional deck chairs. The house is equipped with everything you need, utensils and dishes, Smart TV, BBQ, outdoor spaces, automatic gate. The pool is larger than you can see from the photos, clean, functional and pleasant. We really enjoyed it and so did our big dog in the huge unspoiled outdoor spaces. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a peaceful solution. We will definitely be happy to come back.

A very nice apartment in a very quiet area with great views of the small town and nature. The rooms were all very clean and was equipped with everything you need. There is a train station very close, but it is recommended to go to the city next door, as the trains also arrive on time. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful.

We had a very nice holiday thanks to Lorena. The location of the apartment is perfect: both close to the beach and close to the city. We felt very comfortable with the enclosed parking space. The apartment was very clean and well thought out. Absolutely recommended.

Perfect accommodation for families or a small group of friends, spacious with all the comforts, the fact of having two bathrooms is very comfortable. Quiet area without much noise. We'll be back.

Nino and his wife are excellent hosts. Nothing is missing and the place is very well maintained. There is a small garden in front of and behind the house, everywhere in front of the windows fly screens can be preferred. We had bicycles available the whole time. Since we traveled with a dog, everything was also optimal for him. We can only recommend this place.

The apartment is in a quiet place, a little off the beaten path but still close to downtown. It is well furnished, with air conditioning, washing machine and also the dishwasher.

Letizia is a very accommodating host. Your accommodation is located in an idyllically located property, is generously sized and lovingly furnished. A private parking lot right in front of the entrance was available to me as well as a remote control for the electronic roller shutter. Thanks to the extensive amenities, I lacked nothing and I felt very comfortable right away. Letizia's warm welcome consisted of providing me with a freshly baked traditional "Ciambella"cake.
