This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Fiorella and Gianpaolo's hospitality was warm: they welcomed us as friends, with many small touches, suggestions, sincere kindness and constant availability. The place is truly enchanting, immersed in quiet, with spectacular views and absolute peace. The Romantic cottage is well organized and equipped and enjoys a charming private courtyard overlooking the woods with views of the hills as far as the eye can see... a dream!

The house was as described, Giacomo was always punctual in his communication, the location two minutes from the canal port, I would say everything was great

We stayed here along the Via degli Dei, it is easily reached by making a small detour. The accommodation is very nice, clean, with attention to detail and equipped with all the comforts. The host also provided us with food and drinks for breakfast. Tommaso was responsive and kind in the conversation. Great experience!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

Alessandra, who is managing the property, was an amazing host. The property is beautifully located on a hill overlooking a valley. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. There is space for a bbq (bring your own bbq coals!). Good location: 45 min to Florence and 60 min to Bologna. Our party consisted of 4 (2 kids under 8, and 2 adults), we enjoyed the big garden, the pool, and the bbq area. Note: the style is quite outdated, the electronic devices and kitchen equipment are also quite outdated. The beds and matrasses are also quite outdated (you can feel the mattress' springs). There is no AC.

The house is isolated and surrounded by nature, very large, well maintained, and is even better than it looks in photos. Arriving at the last stretch to reach it, the road becomes unpaved and seems to be challenging and long, but already the second time it is even fun and pleasant to peer into the woods from the inside. We had no difficulty even in the 2 days of heavy rain, it is worth it. Michele welcomed us with care and throughout our stay he was always available, also satisfying our request for additional deck chairs. The house is equipped with everything you need, utensils and dishes, Smart TV, BBQ, outdoor spaces, automatic gate. The pool is larger than you can see from the photos, clean, functional and pleasant. We really enjoyed it and so did our big dog in the huge unspoiled outdoor spaces. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a peaceful solution. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Fabulous experience! We stayed at this fantastic villa, the rooms are as pictured, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathrooms, each with their own hot tub. Kitchen stocked with everything, pleasant common space... and a great value for money. Giancarlo was always punctual and accurate in the directions. Highly recommended!

Vanessa is a fantastic host that communicates proactively and with really well thought through information. The preparation leading up to the stay as well as the check-in was super smooth. She also made sure to prepare perfect snacks for the kids and us so we felt so welcomed. The private chef on the first evening made us feel totally spoiled and relaxed after a day of traveling. The property is even better in reality than you can imagine from the pictures. We were all entertained with swimming, sauna, table tennis and challenges at the pool table. The local recommendations of vineyards and restaurants were perfect and we were well taken cared of by friendly people wherever we went. After visiting the local meat store we cooked up a beautiful BBQ and enjoyed it under the chandeliers outside. An absolutely memorable evening for the entire family. The place was error-free. The host gave us lots of helpful recommendations for nearby activities and social and cultural events during our stay. Which we loved to use. The place was stylishly clean and in a completely quiet environment. Recommended.

Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

I've been a guest for almost a week at the place and had a great time. Gentle and available host. The apartment is well furnished with a kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need to stay a few days, without having to adapt to what is usually (not) available to the guest. Highly recommended!

We were in the area because of the WEC race in Imola, which was easily accessible from the apartment via the country road. A good bypass leads past Forli. Great were the flixible check-in and check-out via the key box. I was particularly pleased about the coffee maker and the tabs on site. The area is quiet any time of the day. If we are in Imola again, I will be happy to come back.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Great Airbnb in the heart of the city! Super close to the old town, also well communicated with train station. Anthony was a wonderful host, always helpful and was answering all messages very quickly. We were also allowed to store out luggage in the airbnb since our flight was late in the evening. Highly recommended!
