In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On hot summer days, the apartment is pleasantly cool. Lake Falkenhagen and the swimming area at Lake Neuen can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The Spandau City Forest and the Berlin Wall Trail / bike path are “right around the corner.” The surroundings are ideal for relaxing, hiking & cycling. You can reach the lively city of Berlin in 20 minutes by Regio from Albrechtshof or Seegefeld train station (3 km away).

It is located in a semi-detached house on the 1st floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. The house is bordered by a newly completed terrace, a large garden with lots of greenery (currently being renewed), a 4 x 8 m pool with seating and lounging options. The outdoor area of the pool will also receive a new look next year.

Free parking is available in front of the property on the street. The vacation home is designed for max. 3 people with separate beds. An extra bed in the bedroom, e.g. for a child, is possible. The tiled shower room has underfloor heating and a level shower area. Bedroom and hallway are covered with laminate.
